Staff Messed Up My Blood Test Appointment

Completely ridiculous, the employees are discourteous and seem clueless about their responsibilities. I was anticipating a follow-up regarding my blood test and was assured I'd receive a call on Friday... but no call came. When I reached out, they informed me I'd need to schedule another appointment for the doctor to contact me - so I wasted three days only to discover I had to restart the entire process. If they had simply communicated upfront that I needed to make a new appointment immediately, the situation would have been straightforward. I cannot possibly recommend their service to anyone under any circumstances.
