Patient Experience Summary

Feedback across this file reveals a stark contrast between clinical care and administrative operations. Medical professionals, particularly certain physicians, receive consistent praise for professionalism, compassion, and attentive patient care with meticulous attention to detail. However, reception and administrative staff experience widespread criticism for discourteous behaviour, poor communication, and unresponsiveness. Patients report persistent difficulties with phone access, appointment availability, booking processes, and prescription management, with long waiting times and communication breakdowns cited repeatedly. The reception experience emerges as a significant concern, with multiple accounts of unhelpful staff, lack of courtesy, and organisational issues affecting patient access to care.

While some patients describe exceptional clinical experiences and supportive team interactions, the overall service pattern indicates substantial gaps between the quality of medical consultation and the accessibility and courtesy of administrative functions. Appointment scheduling, phone responsiveness, and prescription processing present ongoing challenges that appear to undermine confidence in the practice despite positive feedback about individual clinicians.

Worst GP Ever, Totally Useless Doctors

This general practitioner's office is an absolute disaster. Without fail, every visit confirms it's the most incompetent medical practice imaginable. The staff are incredibly disrespectful, and the physicians are completely ineffective, essentially recommending hydration as a cure-all while showing zero concern if you're critically ill.

Worst GP Ever - Staff Couldn't Care Less

Every visit confirms this is absolutely the most terrible medical practice imaginable. The personnel are incredibly discourteous, and the physicians are completely ineffective, seemingly content to recommend drinking water as a cure-all while showing zero concern even if you're on the brink of collapse.

Worst Doctor Surgery Ever

Staff here are incredibly discourteous. They only show kindness to those who flatter them. This medical practice is completely unacceptable. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!!! IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING!!!! Additionally, I've discovered online that Dr. Gafoor has been systematically underpaying staff for years. He's essentially a fraudulent practitioner. I'm absolutely serious - do your research online!!! TRULY APPALLING.

Serious Medical Record Nightmare at Surgery

I was forced to give a single star just to leave a comment. Let me be direct: these people have no clue what they're doing. A person I know who was a patient at another medical practice was transferred to this surgery without her consent or knowledge. She tried to order medication for her chronic nerve pain and discovered she had been moved without her agreement. When she called the new surgery, they claimed she was an "inactive patient" not in their system. This individual struggles with severe depression and suicidal tendencies, along with other serious health issues. Since I accompany her to all appointments, I know she never signed any registration papers. Currently, she's confined to bed with excruciating nerve pain, now also suffering from an ear infection, with no medical support. Her mental health is deteriorating rapidly. If anything happens to her, Dr. Ghafoor will be responsible. I'm warning everyone to be cautious about potential medical record fraud at this surgery.

Frustrating wait for Dr. Ghafoor's team

The personnel at this medical practice are absolutely dreadful, without question. While Dr. Ghafoor himself appears competent, his supporting team is dismally unprofessional - rude, uninformed, unresponsive, unhelpful, inconsiderate, and occasionally displaying a complete lack of empathy. I attempted to arrange a telephone consultation starting from Friday but received no constructive response from the staff until the following Wednesday. The receptionist merely instructed me to call back and check Dr. Ghafoor's availability. With my ongoing medical condition, I was forced to endure a six-day wait just to communicate with the one doctor I actually trust. (I have zero confidence in the other physicians at this practice). If Dr. Ghafoor cannot effectively manage patient care at his surgery, he should advise patients to seek treatment elsewhere and stop accepting new registrations. However, that's clearly not happening, and we all understand the underlying motivation. This situation is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE, and it's no surprise the practice's overall rating has plummeted to a mere 2.5!!
