Terrible medical service that left me frustrated

Extremely unsatisfactory communication and service quality. The staff appear completely unengaged and dismissive, repeatedly scheduling appointments only to redirect patients elsewhere or postpone consultations. Their approach is consistently unhelpful, with constant delays and redirections that demonstrate a total lack of professional care. Their customer service has deteriorated significantly, leaving patients feeling frustrated and undervalued. What was once a reliable medical practice has now become utterly unacceptable, compelling me to seek alternative healthcare providers.

Simply outstanding medical experience! The reception team is exceptional - courteous, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. The nursing staff are equally impressive, taking time to ensure patients feel comfortable and providing clear, straightforward explanations for everything. The doctors are top-notch; Dr. Browne and Dr. William have always been brilliant, and recently, Dr. Green has been phenomenal. However, since the recent management change, scheduling an appointment has become nearly impossible. The receptionist now seems to take on a pseudo-medical role, attempting to evaluate my health condition and determining my eligibility to see a physician based on her supposed expertise. Today, the interaction completely lacked human compassion, feeling more like a cold, unfeeling interaction with an automated system rather than a caring healthcare professional.

Worst medical experience ever terrible communication

Terrible experience trying to get an urgent medical consultation. The phone lines are impossible to reach, and when I finally managed to speak with someone, they dismissively directed me to a pharmacy instead of arranging a doctor's appointment. The staff's attitude was hostile and unprofessional, making the entire process incredibly frustrating.

Unacceptable medical service causing serious health risks

The medical practice is completely inadequate, as my wife and I have been left waiting for over nearly a week for critical respiratory medications to be processed. Our COPD and Asthma prescriptions remain unapproved, which is utterly unacceptable in today's healthcare system. The delay is so severe that I have formally lodged a complaint with the appropriate health regulatory body to address this unacceptable level of service.

Terrible service and dangerous medical negligence exposed

I'm completely bewildered by the current situation at this medical practice. Despite having been a patient here for my entire 55-year life, the quality of service has become absolutely unacceptable. Unless you're fortunate enough to see Dr. Browne or Doctor William, the care is utterly deplorable. The reception staff are curt, communicate poorly, and appear to be dishonest. I am thoroughly outraged and will be filing a formal complaint. My daughter's health was severely compromised, ultimately resulting in hospitalization with sepsis because our concerns were completely ignored.

Terrible reception ruins an otherwise good medical practice

The front desk staff are completely ineffective, plagued by continuous communication breakdowns and disorganization. They've even managed to misplace sensitive documentation. They'll instruct you to contact them on certain days for information, then abruptly change their stance and refuse to provide those details. Their customer service is non-existent, and when confronted with questions, they robotically recite scripted responses without actually addressing your concerns. Their performance is equally terrible whether you're interacting in person or over the telephone. It's truly disappointing because the medical professionals - doctors and nurses - are excellent, but the entire reception team desperately needs replacement with competent staff who understand basic communication and professional conduct.
