Progressively deteriorating. The current response when attempting to schedule a consultation is "no general practitioner slots are open, try calling back later" Essentially, they've stopped even attempting to book an appointment weeks in advance or accommodate the existing waiting list, instead simply dismissing patients outright. Pro tip - mention the possibility of booking at Little Hulton. Some front desk staff will proactively suggest this option, while others seem content to have patients repeatedly call in hopes of eventually securing a vague future appointment slot.

The healthcare system in the United Kingdom is arguably the most subpar across Europe, so the poor service quality comes as no shock. I'm genuinely curious about the origin of these medical practitioners. Do they possess legitimate medical credentials? And if they do have a degree, I suspect it's more likely in mechanical engineering, given their apparent inability to diagnose something as straightforward as a fractured digit.

Terrible service leaving patients helpless and sick

Completely worthless service. I'm critically unwell and registered online, explaining my urgent need for medical assistance due to inability to visit in person. The hospital suggested accommodations for my declining health to ensure GP access. Despite a commitment to call back two days ago, I've now developed a secondary infection from my weakened immune system post-COVID. I lack a diabetes sensor to monitor potentially life-threatening blood sugar levels, and their staff remain dismissive and unhelpful despite my desperate pleas. Directing me to call 111, which will merely redirect me to a hospital where I'll be told to contact my GP again, is absolutely unacceptable. They cannot help me with my sensor, a solution I've already unsuccessfully pursued. Avoid this GP practice at all costs. They demonstrate zero compassion or care.

Worst phone service ever from medical practice

Typically, I've been quite satisfied with this medical practice and would highly recommend them, given our long-standing relationship. However, today's experience was drastically different. When I attempted to schedule an appointment that they had previously texted me about, I encountered a receptionist with shockingly unprofessional communication skills. They repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence and displayed an extremely discourteous attitude. The staff urgently require comprehensive training in telephone etiquette, as this was arguably the most unpleasant phone interaction I've ever experienced.

Getting through to this medical practice is an absolute ordeal. Every call requires at least 20 minutes of waiting. Instead of scheduling appointments directly, their correspondence instructs patients to phone the surgery. Booking slots are typically scheduled no earlier than 3 weeks in advance, which is incredibly exasperating.

Terrible doctor who nearly cost me my pregnancy

I strongly advise against Dr. Gr***'s medical services due to her incompetence. I visited her twice and will never return! During my pregnancy when I was experiencing thyroid issues, I needed immediate thyroid hormone testing (as recommended by Salford hospital following a positive pregnancy test). She callously instructed me to contact a midwife at 10 weeks, which was unacceptable. As a result, I tragically lost two pregnancies due to untreated thyroid problems. Her demeanor was cold and unhelpful. I was falsely assured that the midwife would understand my situation, but upon contacting her, she was completely uninformed, and Dr. Gr*** had not communicated anything. After complaining to the reception and presenting NHS and British Thyroid Foundation guidelines about initial GP blood tests for pregnant women, I was finally given a referral - but only after becoming emotionally distressed, crying and repeatedly emphasizing my pregnancy and previous losses. A similar experience occurred a year earlier during an asthma attack, where another GP was equally indifferent, unlike the helpful medical professional who subsequently treated me. I absolutely will NOT return to this practice.
