The receptionist is utterly repulsive, with an abrasive demeanor and hostile communication style. When I requested to speak with the manager, she was dismissive and adamantly defended her staff member, refusing to address my concerns privately. The blonde receptionist, stationed at the front window, brazenly sipped her tea while appearing completely indifferent to my complaint, deliberately avoiding identification. The entire interaction was thoroughly unacceptable!! I intend to file a formal complaint with the NHS regarding this unprofessional conduct, which has caused me significant emotional distress and potentially compromised my well-being. Worst medical practice for mental health patients ever
If I could rate this lower than the minimum, I absolutely would. For individuals with special needs or mental health challenges (particularly children and young adults), this medical practice is completely unsuitable! Dr Razak demonstrates an absolute lack of understanding regarding mental health and additional needs. The situation is further exacerbated by an administrative team with no medical credentials who nonetheless believe they can make medical determinations. Practice manager Michelle is extraordinarily discourteous and unprofessional, seemingly making decisions from a place of pure malice, especially when confronted, regardless of how diplomatically the conversation is approached. This toxic attitude negatively influences Zena and Kelly, who were previously compassionate staff members but are now rapidly adopting Michelle's deplorable method of handling vulnerable patients. Having been a patient since the era of Dr Dathi and Barbara, I can sadly attest that the practice has systematically stripped away its community spirit, kindness, and empathy.

This GP practice in West London is absolutely dreadful. Steer clear and seek out an alternative healthcare provider that genuinely cares about patients and their families. My relatives and I have been registered with this surgery since the 1990s, and they have consistently let down every single family member; my brother, my father (both of whom have sadly passed away), my mother, and my sister. The reception staff are discourteous and indifferent, while the doctors and other personnel are equally appalling individuals who demonstrate a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, seemingly motivated by malice rather than a commitment to patient care. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable for a medical practice. If I could assign zero rating stars, I absolutely would - they do not even merit a single star rating.

Worst medical practice ever shocking patient care
I would award zero stars if possible, not even a fraction of one. Based on widespread feedback, I'm clearly not alone in finding their conduct reprehensible! To summarize, I spent an entire week attempting to schedule a GP appointment for my disabled son with a brain injury, needing to address multiple critical matters. These included obtaining referrals, completing a wheelchair application, processing various forms, and checking his cholesterol and medications. I initially called and spoke with Kelly, the receptionist, who suggested a doctor would return my call. I specified needing an appointment on a non-working day. She transferred me to practice manager Michelle (who manages the surgery poorly), who promised a callback with an appointment within 48 working hours. Monday passed with no response. I called again on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - still no appointment. The reception team treated me appallingly - unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Staff involved: Stacey, Kelly, Zina (who even contacted police) Today, visiting to request a complaints form, I found Stacey simultaneously on the office phone and browsing her personal mobile. She ignored me completely. Zina refused my request to see the manager or obtain a formal complaints form, claiming Michelle was unavailable. Stacey offered only a blank A4 sheet, providing no official documentation or complaints procedure. They ultimately called the police on me. They're unaware of the consequences of their actions. For the sake of a simple call and complaints form, I'll pursue this extensively, including potential legal action. I secured a complaint form through police intervention, who subsequently returned to the surgery and delivered it to Michelle. Two witnesses can confirm the disgraceful treatment. My next steps: PALS, then the Ombudsman if unsatisfied. I'm transferring my son's registration to a superior nearby surgery. Dr. Razac demonstrates zero patient care, and the receptionists are absolutely deplorable! Avoid this surgery at all costs! Lodge a complaint, and they'll call the police. Their warning signs about inappropriate behavior reveal their chronic patient dissatisfaction and complete incompetence.

You should approach this medical practice with extreme caution and skepticism. I rarely visit this surgery, and now I understand why; An administrative staff member inappropriately disclosed my confidential medical information to a family member without authorization. On 21st February 2023, a family member contacted me, revealing that a staff member had shared information about me. Upon questioning, details were revealed that directly violated the NHS act 2006 section 251, resulting in my medical records being improperly shared. When I discovered the surgery had been seeking me and learned about the telephone conversation, I called on 30th February 2023 seeking an explanation for the unauthorized disclosure. I informed the senior practice manager about the harassment resulting from this breach, expressing my distress. The manager acknowledged the confidentiality violation, offering seemingly sincere apologies and promising a formal letter of apology. However, the letter I received later that day was meaningless, failing to genuinely acknowledge the breach and instead appearing to apologize for the act of writing to me. The letter remains incomprehensible, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability and revealing the Golborne Practice west Ten group's profound disregard for patient trust. Throughout my 20+ years as a patient, I have encountered numerous instances of malpractice but remained silent until now. This unauthorized disclosure represents the ultimate betrayal of patient confidentiality. Those entrusted with sensitive information should be trustworthy professionals, not gossip-mongers. I am particularly disappointed that the surgery, led by a Muslim practitioner serving a significant Muslim patient population in Kensington, displays such a profound lack of moral integrity. Despite proudly displaying professional credentials, the leadership fails to properly supervise and vet administrative staff. I challenge Dr. Razak: How would you feel to have your rights violated and be treated with such contemptible indifference? If you cannot relate to your patients, are you truly suitable for your role? A new building cannot compensate for fundamental moral failings and a approach that prioritizes bureaucratic compliance over genuine patient care.

Dangerous misdiagnosis led to urgent hospital visit
I've been avoiding medical professionals for ages, and now I know why. My son was suffering immensely, and the doctor's phone consultation was completely inaccurate. He ended up in the emergency room, where they discovered he actually had appendicitis! He required hospitalization and underwent surgery to remove his appendix the following day. Golborne medical center, you've been absolutely useless. Shaking my head in disappointment.
