Completely unacceptable medical practice. I've been a patient here for a decade, and securing an appointment has become utterly impossible. Attempting to call at 8am, I've been unsuccessful 36 times, only to be informed at 8:14 that they're completely booked up! This happens consistently! The management desperately needs to overhaul their scheduling and staffing. Having just three doctors available on a Monday morning is totally inadequate.

Nightmare clinic with zero patient care or support
Update: Submitted medication request online to circumvent calling issues -> only partial prescription fulfilled. Despite lifelong asthma, one inhaler remains absent from my repeat prescription, with the surgery inexplicably refusing to add it. Received SMS prompting clinic contact about inhaler -> phone lines completely inaccessible. (Administrative team's phone rings endlessly, reception line perpetually busy, refusing to even queue callers). Absolutely impossible to accomplish anything via telephone. What an utterly ineffective clinic. Phone lines are perpetually jammed. The practice shuts down between 1 and 2pm for lunch. Their automated system is completely non-functional. Staff consistently display irritated, curt, and passive-aggressive behaviors. Several GPs at this practice demonstrate near-total professional incompetence. Attempting to secure an appointment, order repeat prescriptions, or utilize any service is fundamentally futile. The entire operation is embarrassingly dysfunctional - it requires complete systemic overhaul from leadership down. Absolutely disgraceful.

This medical practice is completely ridiculous. The phone lines are impossible to access. Even if you somehow manage to get through, all appointment slots are already taken. When you attempt to schedule in person, they dismissively tell you that's not how their system works and you must call during specific hours. When you can't connect by phone and all appointments are gone... It's an absolutely deplorable way of treating patients. I would gladly give zero rating if possible. I'm definitely considering switching to a different healthcare provider because this place is utterly incompetent.

Absolutely zero stars would be my rating if possible. Getting in touch with an actual person is a nightmare. To schedule anything, you're required to have a pin code. However, if you're unsure of your pin, the administrative staff never answer their phone. When attempting to book an appointment, the call queue is perpetually maxed out, forcing you to repeatedly try later. The entire process is completely unacceptable and shamefully unprofessional. My strongest advice is to find an alternative service provider if you have any other options.

Helpful yvonne saves the day after rude nurse
My spouse and I have consistently had a positive experience with this medical facility. The front desk staff are consistently delightful, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and kindness. The physicians we've encountered have also been wonderful. Recently, my husband visited the nurse to have a wound examined for proper healing and potential infection, as directed by his surgeon. Unfortunately, the nurse named Abi was unexpectedly discourteous and disheartening, seemingly dismissive and suggesting the visit was unnecessary - though it was unclear whether she was simply experiencing a challenging day. My husband left the appointment feeling frustrated. However, when I discussed the incident with Yvonne at the reception, she promptly assisted him in scheduling an appointment to obtain a doctor's note. We are grateful to Yvonne for her professionalism, compassion, and swift resolution of the matter.

Completely unacceptable service without fail, the breaking point came when seeking medical attention for an infant with a 111 referral, yet still being turned away due to "fully booked" status. Even when positioned fourth in line, the wait exceeds an hour just to connect, making securing an appointment seemingly impossible. The entire operation is in total disarray.
