The front desk staff are completely incompetent, misplacing my medical documents between consultations and when I inquired about resolving the issue, they claimed ignorance and helplessness... I recently spent time in the hospital and upon being discharged, I was forced to re-register to schedule a follow-up appointment. They never bothered to inform me about my re-registration status. Frankly, fresh personnel need to be hired because their apparent indifference and subpar procedures are seriously undermining the physicians' ability to provide proper care... I'm currently awaiting my medical certificate, and I'm not holding my breath about how long this will drag on 😒 If you're considering registering with this practice, I strongly advise against it!!

The front desk staff displays an incredibly unhelpful demeanor. She consistently blocks patient access to medical personnel, preventing inquiries. I persistently called throughout an entire month attempting to connect with the travel nurse, and her repeated response was "she's unavailable, try calling again in a month to determine her potential schedule." When I ultimately managed to speak directly with the travel nurse, she was genuinely accommodating and confirmed her availability, revealing that the receptionist had simply been obstructing communication and refusing to transfer the call.
