Unfair relocation drama at local practice
I relocated just a short 0.6-mile distance within the same neighborhood, yet the medical practice persistently insisted that I must transfer to another facility. They even suggested I switch to a practice located in the same building. However, according to NHS guidelines, I should have the freedom to choose a practice where I feel most comfortable. As a young, healthy individual who visits the clinic merely once annually, with both parents being medical professionals, and having consistently been employed and contributing through taxes and national insurance, I find their approach to patient treatment absolutely appalling! If possible, I would have rated Grantham practice lower than zero for their disgraceful attitude.

Vaccine scheduling mess at four weeks
I was turned away from my infant's 16-week immunization appointment because it was just shy of four full weeks, supposedly not meeting the precise timing requirement. While I understand this is standard procedure, I'm perplexed as to why the appointment was scheduled in the first place. The booking system or staff should clearly know and enforce the eligibility criteria before setting up such appointments. When I went to express my frustration, the staff seemed fully aware of these specific guidelines. Adding to my irritation, the nurse allowed me to administer Calpol to my baby before conducting the health checks. I'm thoroughly frustrated by this entire experience - truly, deeply annoyed.
