The reception staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating, managing to schedule me in just half an hour after my request. Dr. Jonathan Tham saw me promptly and immediately provided a referral to Yeovil Hospital. Thanks to his detailed letter, I was seen by a surgeon at YDH within an hour and scheduled for surgery in two weeks. I'm truly grateful to Grove Medical Centre for their exceptional and efficient service!!!

I'm thankful for their support, recognizing that my own challenges aren't simple for them to navigate. I now understand that I was mistaken in my previous doubts, realizing it was my own cognitive difficulties causing misunderstandings, not their approach. I sincerely apologize for my past misconceptions related to my head injury. However, I am completely confident that this is the only medical practice I would choose, given their outstanding management of my care. My gratitude towards them runs deep and genuine.

Terrible pharmacy service with prescription refusal issues

I'm prescribed a 30-tablet medication with a daily dosage of 2 tablets, but the pharmacy insists this should cover a full month. They've denied my request for a refill twice in the past two months, despite me being their customer for that entire period. This repeated refusal is frustrating and inconvenient.

While briefly visiting Sherborne, my health was deteriorating, and the Pharmacist at The Abbey Pharmacy recommended I reach out to a local clinic. I selected The Grove, where the front desk personnel were exceptionally supportive in registering me as a temporary patient and arranging my required test. This morning, I successfully picked up my prescription from The Abbey and am optimistic about my recovery. I'm quite certain my own medical practice would not have been as efficient, so I extend my sincere gratitude once more.
