The practice deserves recognition. I’ve seen three doctors - all listened - knowledgeable - wanted to solve the issue. It’s a very personal service. You come out of there everytime feeling somebody is taking responsibility for making you feel better. They build trust. Receptionists are brilliant - attitude throughout is brilliant. Booking appointments easy. They work as a committed team. I moved here from another awful practice, I’m so glad I did.

Steer clear of this medical practice at all costs. They will only disregard you, invalidate your experiences, and jeopardize your well-being. For instance, I requested a gynecological referral last year based on my symptoms. They refused. I sought private care. Subsequently discovered stage three endometriosis with organs adhered together by adhesions, requiring surgical separation. Multiple references in my medical records detailing endometriosis symptoms were completely overlooked. Met with another physician last week, who dismissed my back pain and when I became visibly distressed, callously remarked he had patients "worse off with cancer" - implying my limited mobility and emotional suffering are insignificant?! I've consistently felt marginalized and ignored by this practice. It's absolutely ridiculous! Despite friends and family urging me to retry the doctors, witnessing my struggles firsthand, I maintain it's futile as they demonstrably do not care. The doctor seemingly presumed I was seeking benefits, referencing "DWP". My professional profile clearly shows a successful business and lifelong work ethic. I'm not pursuing handouts - I desperately need genuine help! He told my companion he wanted to "make me better" - yet I've been seeking resolution for debilitating back pain since 2017 and made zero progress. Being instructed to simply try harder - that exercise and work are "therapeutic" while experiencing such intense pain - is profoundly condescending, especially considering my relentless daily struggles. I've perpetually been treated as though I'm fabricating my conditions. Being systematically gaslighted and dismissed has practically driven me to desperation, to the point where I dread medical consultations so intensely that I'll require accompaniment for future appointments. These physicians seem consumed by an unwarranted superiority complex. I'm forced to independently investigate my blood work and symptoms. I'm compelled to abandon my business due to reduced mobility, and my sole remaining asset is my work motivation - making this situation utterly devastating. "Don't mistake your brief university lecture about my condition for my lifetime of experiencing it".

I am currently pursuing an appeal and am prepared to escalate this matter to legal proceedings if necessary. I submitted a formal letter to the practice manager seeking clarification over two months ago, and they have not shown the basic courtesy of responding. I'll leave it at that. Despite my inability to recommend the grove, I must acknowledge that during my time there, I believed I maintained a positive relationship with the physicians and staff. Prescription items go missing, deliveries are late, documents aren't sent to the pharmacy, and prescriptions frequently lack proper signatures, forcing repeated visits to get them completed.
