Dr Rabie is exceptional. He pays close attention and is meticulous in his approach. It's unfortunate that Dr Haggis has departed, as she was also outstanding. The reception staff are generally satisfactory, with most being extremely accommodating. The nurses are compassionate and delightful. I've been a consistent patient at this practice for several years now, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the care I've received. It's disappointing that some individuals only share their thoughts after a single negative encounter, overlooking the numerous positive experiences. In my view, this practice is on par with other medical facilities.

Absolutely dreadful Their entire modus operandi revolves around constant postponement I was assured I'd receive an appointment notification by the end of the previous week, yet nothing materialized. This marks my second consecutive week of experiencing appointment delays. The identical scenario unfolded during the prior week as well. When I reached out to them today, they displayed zero interest in hearing my concerns. It appears I'm destined to endure another week of waiting. Utterly disgraceful.

Nightmare doctors surgery with zero customer service

I've given 1 star because I was forced to write this review - I'd actually give 0 stars if I could! This morning, I called 16 times trying to secure an appointment for my children, one with chicken pox and the other with a severe chest cough. I was calling even when the surgery was closed and continued until it opened, which is apparently what I must do to get an appointment - how ridiculous! Living nearby, I walked over at 8:47 and was behind two people, waiting for 5 minutes while simultaneously calling on the phone to get through. When I finally got an answer, the lady on the phone showed no empathy, despite having children herself. She seemed to be talking down to me, which I absolutely rejected. She claimed all lines were down and that I should have arrived at 8:30 to book an appointment, but phone bookings weren't even possible until 8:45 - how was I supposed to know that? She then explained that most appointments were already taken by 8:45 by people who walked in at 8:30. How absurd! The way this doctors' office operates is shameful, and I'd be embarrassed to work there. Avoid this place at all costs! It's the most unprofessional workplace I've ever encountered - even worse than a fast-food restaurant. I'm definitely filing a formal complaint about their disorganized and unfair telephone system!

Terrible healthcare experience with uncaring medical staff

Dr Ashra is absolutely terrible. Her demeanor is hostile and condescending. She arbitrarily prescribed an excessive medication dosage, leaving me with no alternative but to comply. She completely shut down any attempt at communication or dialogue. Dr. Bhatt is equally dismissive and uncaring, and appears to be in charge of the practice. The only redeeming medical professionals are Rhamen and Rhabi, and they are the sole reason I haven't switched healthcare providers. These two actually demonstrate genuine concern for patients. I absolutely refuse to interact with any of the other doctors at this practice.

Worst doctor visit ever terrible medical care

I visited the clinic to address three key health issues: my asthma prescription, post-surgical back pain, and ongoing migraines. Despite arriving precisely when the surgery reopened after lunch, I still faced a 10-minute wait as the first patient. Dr. Patel dismissed my long-standing asthma condition, stating I no longer require my blue inhaler, which was shocking given my 30-year history. When discussing my double back surgery, he merely handed me a generic pain management leaflet without proper examination. Regarding my migraine concerns, he curtly declared nothing seemed serious without asking me a single diagnostic question. When I attempted to elaborate, he abruptly shut down my efforts, insisting I book another appointment due to time constraints. This feels fundamentally unfair - his scheduling inefficiencies should not prevent me from receiving comprehensive medical care. Moreover, I'm now facing a critical situation where my inhaler supply is dwindling, based on a brief, disinterested consultation that failed to genuinely address my ongoing health needs. The entire experience was frustrating and made me feel completely unheard and unsupported.
