Patient feedback reveals a markedly mixed experience across appointment access, reception courtesy, and clinical care. The booking experience emerges as a significant concern, with multiple reports of difficulty securing appointments, long telephone wait times, and frustration with online systems. Reception staff conduct presents as a key issue, with recurring complaints about discourtesy, dismissiveness, and poor communication, though some patients report positive interactions with individual receptionists who demonstrated helpfulness and professionalism.
In contrast, clinical staff consistently receive positive recognition for their medical expertise, attentiveness, and compassionate care. Patients frequently praise doctors and nurses for their skill, responsiveness, and genuine concern for wellbeing. Several reviews highlight efficient same-day appointment scheduling for urgent matters and thorough clinical support. Administrative processes show variability, with some patients experiencing disorganisation and others finding the practice responsive and well-organised.
The overall picture suggests a practice with strong clinical foundations but inconsistent service delivery at the reception and administrative level. While some patients report seamless experiences with courteous staff and accessible appointments, others describe barriers to access and reception interactions that lack compassion. This inconsistency appears to significantly influence patient satisfaction and confidence in the service.

Excellent!
Friendly doctor who put me at ease
Dr Mills was absolutely fantastic! Her approach makes going to the doctor's office something to actually anticipate. She demonstrated a wonderfully composed demeanor, offered reassuring guidance, provided clear information, and was incredibly supportive throughout our entire interaction. Many thanks once more, doc!

Friendly staff made my gp visit easy
I've been a patient here since late autumn of last year, and my experience has been positive so far. Despite reading some negative feedback about unfriendly front desk staff, I've found them to be quite pleasant. There's a nice rapport with the receptionists, and every doctor and nurse I've encountered has been warm, accommodating, and encouraging. While booking appointments can occasionally be challenging, I recognize this is a widespread issue reflective of our healthcare system's current strain. I truly believe all NHS staff are performing admirably under incredibly difficult circumstances.

Terrible online booking system frustrates patient
Since the pandemic began, this medical practice has become completely ineffective. You can't simply call to schedule an appointment; instead, you're forced to use their terrible online booking system, which is totally inadequate. They appear clueless about their staff schedules and working hours, which is utterly unacceptable. I'm definitely going to start searching for a different practice immediately.

one month agoThank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience during that period and understand the frustration caused when accessing appointments and navigating changes to practice systems during the pandemic. Like many GP practices at the time, we had to make significant operational changes to manage patient demand and maintain safe services. We appreciate that these changes were challenging for some patients, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Since your review was posted, we have continued working to improve appointment access, communication, and our online and telephone systems to better support our patients. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments.

Poor!
Frustrating wait for help with hfmd
I endured an exasperating 30-minute phone wait just to reach a receptionist, during which I was attempting to explain that my son was exhibiting Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease symptoms. However, the receptionist persistently dismissed my concerns, insisting it was merely a common cold for which over-the-counter medication would suffice. Despite my repeated emphasis on the specific HFMD symptoms, the receptionist remained unhelpful. This represents a completely unacceptable level of customer service.

Quick and helpful medical visit
I recently visited this medical practice for the first time since becoming a patient, and I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even helping me secure a blood test appointment on the same day as my doctor's consultation. I'm puzzled by the low ratings this practice has received—my suspicion is that some people either fail to appreciate the professional responsibilities of staff members or are potentially spreading unfair criticism from competing clinics. I would confidently suggest this medical practice to my loved ones.

Quick visit with friendly staff
The front desk staff are courteous and accommodating, and the waiting period is notably shorter than at other medical practices in the area. The physicians here are top-notch.

Friendly staff made our 25-year healthcare home
The medical team, from front desk personnel to nurses and doctors, consistently demonstrate politeness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. Scheduling appointments, obtaining medical guidance, and managing administrative tasks have always been seamless. Our family has been patients here for more than a quarter-century and have experienced truly outstanding care. It's disheartening that we must now seek a new healthcare provider due to relocating. Our incoming practice will certainly have a high standard to match!

Rude receptionists ruined my entire visit
Worst experience ever. I cannot stress enough how terrible the reception staff is. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior is completely unacceptable, and they even had the audacity to hang up on me mid-call. They desperately need to learn basic communication skills and customer service etiquette. While the doctors are courteous and pleasant, the reception staff are absolutely unbearable and create a horrible first impression of the entire facility.

Prompt care that saved my family's health
I find the critical comments on this platform utterly frustrating. Throughout my experience, the support team at the Practice has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness. I've never encountered such efficient appointment scheduling anywhere else in the United Kingdom - in fact, I'm often called in almost before I've fully sat down. This is an NHS facility struggling under the financial constraints imposed by consecutive Conservative administrations. With my youngest child managing Type 1 diabetes and my own ongoing battle with prostate cancer and additional health challenges, I can genuinely say that over the past two years, this Practice has been nothing short of remarkable in their comprehensive and compassionate care for both of us.

Rude staff and unhelpful medical care
The front desk staff displayed an appalling lack of professionalism, made even more frustrating by the fact that public funds support their behavior. The medical practitioners demonstrated equally inadequate competence, seemingly unable to address even basic health concerns. It's deeply troubling that taxpayer dollars are being used to fund such substandard and disrespectful healthcare services.

Receptionists killed my patience with calls
The front desk staff display a shocking absence of compassion and professionalism, treating patients with complete disregard. They desperately need training in customer service and telephone etiquette. While I recognize the medical practice is overwhelmingly busy, this does not excuse their discourteous conduct. Scheduling an appointment has become an exercise in futility.

Missed diagnosis led to hospital trip
The booking process is absolutely terrible. When I rang the front desk seeking medical consultation due to feeling unwell, they simply advised me to visit the pharmacy for medication. Later that same day, I was violently vomiting the prescribed treatment. By the following day, I was rushed to Hillington hospital as an emergency case with critically low blood pressure and blood in my urine, where they diagnosed me with Malaria. This entire health crisis could have been prevented if they had just allowed me to consult with a doctor initially.
