Compared to my previous general practitioner, this clinic is a significant improvement. Before, I would spend 2-3 hours waiting on hold when calling at 8am. The absolute worst surgical experience imaginable. I've been attempting to secure an appointment for days now, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible their service is. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Their phone line is completely useless - they consistently disconnect calls when you're just about to reach a representative. Zero out of ten for customer service, zero out of ten for professionalism.

If you're a potential new patient thinking about registering with this so-called "medical care centre," I strongly urge you to steer clear. They couldn't care less if you're facing a critical health emergency. It's no surprise there's always an ambulance parked outside. The doctors seem like they've barely passed basic medical training and only know how to hand out paracetamol, just like every stereotypical Asian parent's go-to remedy when someone's sick. I'm thrilled I switched healthcare providers - I'd much rather trek 2 or 3 miles than ever set foot in this place again. Absolutely not.

Terrible service from unprofessional and unhelpful staff
The quality of this medical practice has significantly declined recently. Despite claiming to open at 8am, they do not take calls until 9am. When I finally got through, I explained my urgent eye issue following surgery, but was immediately told no appointments were available and was advised to call 111 or visit an urgent care center. I requested to speak with Doctor Mann, the practice lead, or at least have him contact me, but the receptionist flatly refused. When I asked about a practice email to reach him, I was again denied. Previously, I've successfully communicated with Doctor Mann through a receptionist, but this interaction was shockingly unprofessional. The receptionist was extremely rude, despite my maintaining a courteous tone throughout the call. The conversation occurred at 9:17am on 28/2/23, and I hope it was recorded so management can review the staff's inappropriate communication. As a patient, I believe I have the right to seek a second opinion or discuss my concerns with the practice lead. I wasn't demanding an immediate response, merely hoping for some communication within the week. This practice urgently needs to improve its staff training in client communication and customer service.

One of the most terrible general practices ever, I've been stuck on the phone since 8am for more than an hour, only to be told there are no available appointments and to try calling back the next morning For four consecutive days, I've endured the same frustrating response, and then they had the audacity to suggest that if my child needs medical attention, I should go wait in a walk-in clinic for four hours, despite the hospital's recommendation that he requires a GP to prescribe antibiotics At the very least, they should prioritize children, seniors, and vulnerable individuals What exactly are these receptionists being paid for? They seem to do nothing but gossip all day Previously, obtaining an appointment was simple and convenient, but now the situation has become completely unacceptable This medical practice deserves to be shut down entirely…..
