I am very satisfied with this practice. The online submission system functions effectively, and responses to submissions are typically received the same day. The remote consultations I have experienced have been suitable for addressing my concerns at the time. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been courteous and helpful. My diagnostic tests and specialist referrals have been processed promptly, and the communication of results has been timely. I have not needed to follow up on any outstanding matters.

Disorganised reception staff made appointment difficult

This facility requires urgent attention. The organisation appears disorganised, with staff seeming unclear about their responsibilities. The overall healthcare system feels problematic, and this practice represents a particularly poor experience. The clinical team and support staff appear inadequate. The premises should be subject to review as there are serious concerns about standards. Staff appear to be inactive at their workstations and display unhelpful attitudes. This is not a recommended practice and visiting here would be inadvisable. The physical environment and operations are unsatisfactory. There are plans to develop residential accommodation on this site in the future.

Just after reporting serious breaches of duty of care to the relevant authorities, I have noticed a bizarre and unusual surge in positive reviews in recent months, which differs greatly from the average trend of last years. These positive reviews are also duplicated across multiple platforms like Google. While I cannot confirm the intent behind these reviews, the pattern is suspicious and raises serious questions about the credibility of the feedback, especially for a provider offering NHS services. For informed decisions about health, and ultimately your GP, I recommend always checking the official Care Quality Commission report.
