Attempting to schedule an appointment with them is impossible. As a pregnant woman, I'm left wondering how I'm supposed to book a consultation.

Doctors missed my toddler's serious illness

This medical practice is an absolutely terrible healthcare facility The personnel are extremely discourteous My young son was suffering from tonsillitis and sepsis, which these physicians were completely unable to diagnose despite him being only two years old - it's clear these medical professionals are incompetent I strongly advise avoiding this clinic at all costs If you choose to visit, you're essentially risking your health and potentially ending up hospitalized Proceed with extreme caution if you decide to seek treatment here

I'm seriously unwell, yet they refuse to schedule any consultations, rendering the entire general practitioner service utterly pointless.

Terrible wait and unhelpful staff at jenner practice

I would award zero stars if possible. Upon registering at the Jenner practice in February 2020, I was instructed to wait in the reception area. After nearly three-quarters of an hour, I was informed that I had essentially been overlooked. Furthermore, following my registration, I discovered that three crucial years of my medical documentation were missing. When I attempted to address this issue with the staff, their responses were unhelpful, discourteous, and they essentially implied that resolving the problem was my responsibility. I'm delighted to report that I've since found a new medical practice!!
