Immunisation Booklets Vanished at Careless GP

Not only did they misplace my immunisation booklet, but my sister's as well. According to their staff, my booklet hasn't been lost, despite the doctor who took it four months ago claiming no memory of ever receiving it, even though she specifically asked me to hand it over for scanning. In my sister's situation, the receptionists were responsible for losing her booklet after persistently requesting my mother leave it at the GP. I wouldn't trust them with anything. These two incidents have clearly demonstrated how disorganized this GP practice is when it comes to safeguarding documents, and they're quick to suggest that you've misplaced your own items, even when you distinctly recall handing them directly to a doctor or receptionist. Avoid choosing this GP practice at all costs.

I encountered significant challenges this morning while scheduling a telephone consultation for my persistent, troubling cough, which initially seemed straightforward. Complications emerged when the doctor attempted to contact me twice in rapid succession. During the first call, my phone was positioned right beside me, yet it inexplicably didn't ring, possibly due to a technical glitch, and the call went directly to voicemail. The second time I answered, but the doctor had already left a message. I promptly contacted the reception after each missed call, only to be informed that I would need to schedule another emergency appointment for the following day. This seemed utterly absurd - surely they could have connected me with the doctor given the apparent phone communication issues. I subsequently booked an emergency appointment for the next day. Ultimately, everything proceeded smoothly, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the sensible medical guidance provided during the telephone consultation. I had been extremely unwell the previous day when unable to speak with a physician. My late mother and I were consistently and exceptionally well cared for by Dr. Hanns and Dr. Chowdrey over an extended period.
