Faraz Made My Appointment So Easy

I was thoroughly impressed by my visit to the medical practice. Given my limited English skills, I initially felt anxious about potential communication barriers. Fortunately, the receptionist, Faraz, was exceptionally supportive and compassionate. His ability to speak Spanish was a tremendous relief, as he effortlessly translated all the necessary information and assisted me in scheduling an appointment. Faraz's warm demeanor and constant cheerful smile immediately put me at ease. His outstanding customer service made me feel valued and well-supported throughout my entire interaction.

Dartmouth Park doctors: Always there when needed

I've been a patient at the Dartmouth Park practice (which combined with the Junction practice around 2020) since the year 2000. Throughout this time, I've consistently found them incredibly accommodating and supportive. They excel at scheduling appointments, frequently offering slots on the very day you reach out, and they are always exceptionally careful when any health concerns arise. Every staff member I've interacted with has been courteous and compassionate. I would wholeheartedly endorse this medical practice to anyone seeking quality healthcare!

Natalia at Reception Made My Day

I visited the place, and the receptionist, Natalia (I believe she's from Russia or Poland, apologies if I'm mistaken), was incredibly helpful and absolutely wonderful!!!! She provides the best customer service!!!! Additionally, the healthcare assistant from Vietnam (whose name I can't recall) was also very supportive and kind (on the hill), and the receptionist down the street, who I think is from Italy, was equally helpful and lovely too. Thanks for the exceptional service from these 3 staff members - as a patient, I'm truly impressed.

Frustrating GP Appointment Mixup at 1pm

My mother has been a patient at this medical practice for over three and a half decades, initially with Dr. Fleming. She made an urgent morning appointment at 8am today. A telephone consultation was supposedly scheduled for 1pm. In-person appointments are virtually non-existent here. When she called at 1:15pm to inquire about the missing call, she discovered the appointment was not even in their system. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. The service quality is extremely disappointing. Thankfully, a last-minute cancellation might allow her to finally speak with a physician today.

Nightmare GP Practice with Phantom Appointments

I'm not one to typically criticize, but I wouldn't touch this practice again with a ten-foot pole. You'll find yourself waiting endlessly for phantom telephone appointments and receiving reminders for non-existent clinics that are supposedly closed. After eagerly anticipating a GP call, the phone rang briefly before they hung up, and I was marked as a no-show. Attempting to rectify this, the receptionists were unhelpful, but a manager eventually reviewed my records and confirmed the scheduling chaos - appointments that were never real and reminders for bookings that were never made. The situation remains unchanged, and securing a doctor's consultation is practically impossible. While the nurses and GPs are wonderful, the management and organizational skills are abysmal. I've been forced to spend precious money on private healthcare while searching for an alternative surgery. I've never felt so neglected by a medical service in my life.

Rude Staff and Dismissive Doctor Everywhere

This medical facility ranks among the most disappointing I've encountered. With the exception of one pleasant staff member, the receptionists consistently treat patients with obvious irritation, making patients feel like an unwelcome inconvenience. The sole physician I consulted demonstrated a complete lack of medical insight and empathy, dismissing my concerns with total indifference. The entire experience is frankly miserable. My recommendation is to steer clear of this practice. While I typically avoid negative feedback, the situation is so disheartening that I feel compelled to warn others. Even the physical premises contribute to the overall gloomy atmosphere.

They constantly dictated instructions and claimed to know what's best for me, with staff displaying an incredibly dismissive and unhelpful attitude during phone interactions. Unhelpful doctors left my child suffering

The staff displayed extreme rudeness, abruptly ending the call while I desperately needed medical support. Some physicians are equally inconsiderate, prescribing medications without even conducting a proper examination, relying solely on telephone consultations. My children have suffered immensely this year, with doctors doing nothing more than repeatedly prescribing medications. I was pushed to my breaking point and had to become confrontational before one doctor finally showed any sense of responsibility. This GP practice is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. The receptionists are consistently discourteous and indifferent, leaving me in tears and losing all hope. They constantly dismiss patients and hang up without concern. Securing appointments is an ongoing struggle, and I would honestly prefer to avoid them entirely. Something MUST be done about these GP services.

Lifesavers at My Doctor's Practice

I couldn't give this medical practice a more glowing recommendation - they are incredibly compassionate and responsive. When I underwent a small surgical procedure earlier in the year, the physician was exceptional, and the entire team was equally outstanding. Just recently, I experienced a time-sensitive issue with my covid documentation for travel, and the staff member went above and beyond to ensure I received my pass in time for my trip following my vaccination. I cannot stress enough how much they deserve appreciation; they truly demonstrate genuine care. Having been their patient for approximately two years, I can confidently say they are the finest healthcare provider I've ever encountered.

Urgent Help Denied at Mental Health Clinic

I reached out seeking assistance during a mental health crisis, only to be told no appointments were available today. When I inquired about the next possible slot, I was informed it would be weeks away—I desperately need support now! The reception staff treated me with complete indifference, ultimately hanging up on me. It's crucial to understand that individuals experiencing mental health challenges can express their distress through various intense reactions like anger, defensiveness, aggression, or even self-destructive behaviors. These are not intentional attacks but genuine cries for help, stemming from the chemical imbalances disrupting their mental state. People in psychological turmoil shouldn't be dismissed or treated callously. This facility demonstrates an appalling lack of compassion—their approach to mental health support is so cold and detached, it's practically lifeless. For anyone struggling with mental health issues, I cannot recommend this place, as their level of care is shockingly inhuman.
