Unprofessional staff ruined my medical experience

The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional! Upon requesting to consult with the doctor and being informed of a three-week wait, I attempted to elaborate on my medical condition, only to be met with mockery and laughter. Such appalling conduct is completely unacceptable! There's a total absence of empathy and consideration, and it appears that basic customer service and staff training have been entirely neglected at this facility.

Compassionate care when i needed it most

I arrived at the medical practice feeling incredibly anxious and overwhelmed. Marie promptly guided me to a private room, listened attentively, and was incredibly supportive. She committed to consulting with a physician, who would contact me shortly. True to her word, I received a phone call just 10 minutes after leaving the surgery, and within half an hour, I was meeting with a doctor. Healthcare workers often face criticism, with people quick to voice complaints. I want to take a moment to acknowledge and express my gratitude for the outstanding care and service I received from the staff.

Terrible service from an unhelpful receptionist

The receptionist displayed an incredibly unpleasant attitude. I had brought my own mask, but its ear string had unfortunately broken. Her response was hostile and made me feel extremely unwelcome. She gave me a stern look, reluctantly provided a replacement mask, and made it clear she was doing me an unwanted favor. She then discussed my situation dismissively with another staff member, repeatedly referencing the posted signage. No matter how I tried to explain my situation, she completely ignored me. The only bright spot in this entire experience were the nurses, who were genuinely kind and helpful.

Chaotic medical center with incompetent staff experience

Hey there! Grateful that I wasn't admitted on May 6th, 2021 - what a bunch of incompetent folks at this medical facility! Within just a quarter-hour, a staff member managed to mess up over 5 incredibly ridiculous things during our interactions. All of this unfolded across two separate phone conversations. It seemed like they were completely disoriented, even though it was already 4 PM! If you enjoy experiencing total absurdity, definitely go ahead and register here... ;-)
