I consulted Dr Pemberton and was thoroughly dissatisfied with her professional approach. I am not someone who frequently seeks medical attention unless absolutely necessary or when I require critical health insights. Her level of care was substandard, and she appeared completely indifferent to my medical situation. I endured a 20-minute wait before being seen, and when I finally met with her, the consultation felt hurried and perfunctory. I have definitively decided to avoid Dr Pemberton in the future. Her demeanor was unprofessional and she demonstrated a distinctly discourteous manner throughout our interaction.

Frustrating healthcare communication and endless delays

Communication is strictly limited to text or written correspondence from the state: following a recent test, a reappointment for retesting is requested. Attempting to schedule this follow-up becomes an ordeal in itself. The process is incredibly frustrating, dragging on endlessly, ultimately resulting in patients being forced to seek emergency care at A&E while desperately trying to obtain assistance from their GP. When inquiring about the reason for the retest, patients are simply told they must consult a doctor, with the possibility of a physician calling back in 13 days - an unacceptably long and inefficient waiting period!

Terrible healthcare leaving patients abandoned and frustrated

An utter disappointment of a medical facility, once renowned for excellent care, but after repeated failures affecting both myself and my aging mother - ultimately resulting in her hospitalization - we've conclusively decided to switch providers. Upon attempting to transfer our medical records, we were informed they're currently dispatching records for 150 patients to new practices. What does that reveal about their competence??? The clinic is filthy, unsanitary, and the physicians demonstrate complete indifference, seemingly more invested in googling symptoms and monitoring the time rather than delivering proper medical treatment!! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear!!!

The reception staff and administrative team are consistently professional, and the medical personnel—especially Dr Khan, Dr Roberts, and Beverley Jones—demonstrate impressive competence. We have encountered no difficulties when scheduling consultations through various channels, whether by telephone, in-person, or via digital platforms. The only notable challenge, which is frankly common to many healthcare locations, relates to parking availability. With limited on-site spaces, visitors might occasionally need to seek street parking during peak hours.

Online scheduling is super convenient with easy late appointments. However, Dr. Parkar's bedside manner leaves much to be desired - he came across as dismissive and his attitude was off-putting. Aside from him, the rest of the medical team and staff seem perfectly pleasant and professional.
