Improved service but staff experience needs work

Capacity has gotten better after recent updates. Navigation feels smoother now. The GPS team seems to consist of very junior or newly certified professionals. They're impressively detailed in their approach, which is commendable. Still, the facility could benefit from having some seasoned staff members. I've upgraded my rating from a single star two years ago to three stars, especially after witnessing the complexity of my daughter's procedure. I'm even suggesting she consider this location. Credit where it's due - they do actually respond to concerns.

Complete and total farce! I've been a patient at this medical practice for quite some time, and now out of nowhere when I'm seeking a doctor's consultation, they claim I'm not even registered with their surgery?!?! They've provided absolutely zero reasoning, despite my having had a consultation just months earlier... truly, this establishment deserves to be shut down. Their level of administrative ineptitude is absolutely appalling!

Their approach is marked by extraordinary compassion, collaboration, and genuine concern for patients' well-being. The level of commitment they demonstrate in creating a positive healthcare experience is truly praiseworthy. **************** Old feedback: When I joined this GP practice in 2017, my overall experience has been remarkable. I've observed substantial enhancements over the years, and the staff, especially Sara, has been remarkably warm and always welcomes me with a radiant smile. Sara demonstrated exceptional commitment by attempting to arrange an urgent appointment for my mother after understanding her medical situation. This practice is undoubtedly my preferred healthcare provider. However, I did experience an unpleasant interaction with an unprofessional and discriminatory receptionist back in 2017, and unfortunately, I've recently encountered her again. I intend to minimize interactions with her and will proactively request an alternative receptionist if needed, just as I did when I previously dealt with an discourteous physician.

My GP contacted me about creating an app early in the morning, but their communication is abysmal. Their phone lines are consistently unresponsive, forcing patients to wait endlessly or experiencing suspiciously frequent engaged tones. Moreover, the reception staff are completely unhelpful and display a dismissive, condescending attitude.

The phlebotomists who conducted my blood draw today were truly wonderful. They helped alleviate my anxiety and demonstrated exceptional compassion. While I haven't interacted extensively with other healthcare professionals at this facility, these two individuals were outstanding - I'm incredibly grateful :)

Frustrating nhs experience leaves patient in pain

I requested time away from my job to undergo a blood test, and was penalized simply for being 10 minutes late. The receptionist was completely uncooperative and unwilling to assist me. It's truly disappointing, especially considering I'm dealing with a leg condition causing significant pain that impairs my mobility. My scheduled appointment was specifically for today, 03/28/2024, as directed by my doctor. This situation is absolutely infuriating - the healthcare system in this country is rapidly deteriorating. I've been waiting in the queue for my surgical procedure for an entire year, and absolutely zero progress has been made. Thanks a lot, NHS!!! We pay our taxes diligently only to receive the most substandard medical service imaginable.

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful medical staff

Steer clear of this medical practice! Scheduling an appointment is impossible - no staff available for blood work - directed to LGI for testing! Lack of a general practitioner to review findings - pharmacist provided partial results - claimed inability to interpret the remaining test. Scheduled a phone consultation - zero follow-up - no record of the appointment at the surgery! Instructed to book through Patch system, only to discover it's non-functional. Still awaiting a discussion about test results after 4 weeks. Their service is absolutely terrible.
