Exceptional healthcare service with quick and friendly support
I want to express my appreciation for this medical practice and their exceptional service over the past year. The electronic consultation system has been superb, providing incredibly swift responses that have been truly impressive. It's far more convenient than enduring long telephone wait times early in the day. The receptionist who contacted me to schedule an appointment following my e-consult was exceptionally courteous and helpful. She successfully arranged a same-day consultation, which I deeply appreciated. My sole criticism would be regarding their telephone accessibility, though having worked previously in a GP surgery's reception, I understand the challenges of managing incoming calls and am not entirely surprised by the potential difficulties. In summary, I extend my sincere gratitude to both the clinical and administrative staff at this surgery.

Terrible healthcare service with patient safety concerns
Unfortunately, I've experienced a deeply unsatisfactory situation with numerous critical issues that require attention. As a medical professional with over a decade of experience across various healthcare environments, I believe this practice urgently needs significant improvement. The good: When you do manage to interact with the doctors and nurses, they demonstrate professionalism and deserve recognition for their dedicated efforts. Individually, they are highly competent, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work. However, this commendation cannot be extended to the entire team. The bad & suggestions for improvement: 1. My repeat prescription was arbitrarily cancelled, despite multiple hospital letters confirming my lifelong medication requirement. When I sought an explanation, I was repeatedly ignored and eventually received a poorly composed email riddled with grammatical and spelling errors, dismissively stating "sorry about the 'hassel'" (?!). This was far more than mere inconvenience - it represented a significant patient safety risk. 2. I sent two emails requesting medication reissue and prescription restoration to enable NHS app requests. These were completely disregarded. Upon following up with a phone call, the receptionist assured me it would be prioritized, yet it was again neglected for three days until I sent another email. 3. I requested information about the complaints procedure and practice manager contact details to communicate directly. As a doctor understanding GP pressures, I have genuine, constructive improvement suggestions. Unfortunately, the email-handling receptionists demonstrate a remarkable lack of basic professional courtesy and responsiveness, failing to share information that should be readily accessible to all patients. 4. Distressingly, these unacceptable experiences have occurred multiple times, creating extreme frustration.

Amazing support during challenging healthcare times

They've been incredibly helpful in scheduling my appointments and promptly responding to my emails over the past few months. I'm particularly thankful to the compassionate doctors who have been flexible and offered telephone consultations. As an NHS worker myself, I understand how demanding these times can be, and I truly appreciate their understanding and support. The only minor drawback is the occasional long wait times when trying to reach someone by phone - sometimes up to 30 minutes - but overall, the experience has been excellent.

Worst surgical experience ever terrible service
I'd give this surgery zero stars if I could! The service is absolutely abysmal. If you're looking to squander precious moments of your life, this is the place to go. I have never encountered such an unprofessional group of people in my entire life. My wife's appointment was canceled a staggering six times, with cancellation confirmations coming mere minutes before the scheduled time. There were instances where you'd arrive only to be told there's no appointment today - just a bunch of nonsense excuses. They clearly lack adequate staffing. The reception staff seem more interested in enjoying music than focusing on surgical operations. Calling them is a nightmare - endless waiting times that drain your patience and valuable hours. My recommendation? They should shut down completely if they can't provide even a basic level of service to patients.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare
Getting in touch with them is a nightmare, with endless wait times on the phone. The doctor ordered a blood test and hearing assessment. Subsequently, the nurse failed to draw my blood, and I repeatedly took time off work for appointments, ultimately losing my job without resolving my medical issue. The nurse claimed the doctor hadn't specified which blood test was required, and after a considerable delay, I still haven't received my audiometry letter. Today, I was supposed to have a phone consultation with the doctor, but they never called, despite the reception insisting otherwise. They are completely inefficient and unprofessional, showing no regard for patient care or time.
