Terrible service and attitude at this medical centre

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Even if you're critically ill, these disrespectful front desk staff will treat you with complete contempt, and when I raised my concerns with the practice manager, he showed zero empathy or offered any resolution. It's baffling how these employees can be so unprofessional, seemingly despising both their patients and their own roles. Their attitude is so toxic that they've completely abandoned the fundamental principles of compassionate healthcare and NHS values. This medical centre used to be exceptional in the past. Now they've completely destroyed its reputation. I'm convinced most of the positive reviews are fabricated by their own staff. Don't be deceived.

Terrible customer service at medical centre nightmare

The receptionist's attitude is absolutely appalling. I can't comprehend why someone would work in customer service with such a terrible demeanor. The staff member consistently interrupted me during my calls. I made repeated attempts to communicate, and when finally answered, the receptionist sighed and cut me off mid-sentence. Their unprofessional behavior is a constant issue. I escalated my complaint to the practice manager, who reviewed the call and offered weak justifications. When I highlighted the ongoing rudeness, he dismissively stated he could only address the current problem. His response was nonsensical - what's the point of management if they can't effectively listen and resolve issues? He even had the audacity to suggest I should be grateful he reviewed the call quickly, as if doing the bare minimum is some extraordinary favor. The doctors advise patients to contact them about problems, but reaching them requires battling through hostile receptionists who display contemptuous attitudes with their sighs and tutting. Getting an appointment seems nearly impossible, and they've essentially eliminated face-to-face consultations. Without exaggeration, this is potentially the most inadequate medical center I've ever encountered.

Absolute nightmare of a medical practice! The front desk staff desperately need an attitude adjustment! Their rudeness is off the charts!!!! Try calling at 8:30 and by 8:35 every single appointment slot has mysteriously vanished. This makes zero sense since booking a consultation shouldn't take more than a few minutes. I'd honestly prefer to endure my health issues than deal with their abysmal customer service. They don't even merit the single star rating I'm giving them…

What truly sets them apart is their responsiveness to patient feedback - they've even added more telephone lines to ensure every call gets answered! The staff, including Shelly and Laura, are outstanding, and the doctors, including locum physicians, are top-notch. To anyone criticizing this practice, I'd suggest exploring other options - you'll quickly realize how exceptional this surgery really is. Frustrating clinic with zero helpful scheduling

Scheduling an appointment here is a constant struggle. Their instructions are inconsistent - first they tell you to call at 8am, then redirect you to call at 4pm. When you follow their guidance and call at 4pm, there are still no available slots. To make matters worse, they eventually stop answering the phone altogether, leaving you completely frustrated and without any resolution.

Terrible healthcare experience at this neglectful medical centre

Absolutely dreadful service where patient care is clearly not a priority. The consultations are ridiculously brief, with just 10 minutes allocated, which is barely enough time to describe your medical concern before being rushed out. Doctors seem disinterested and constantly rotate, preventing any continuity of care. You're fortunate if you can even discuss a single health issue during your appointment. It feels like patients are merely viewed as financial transactions, with the practice prioritizing volume over quality to maximize NHS funding. Their reputation is terrible, backed by numerous negative reviews that they arrogantly ignore. This is undoubtedly the worst medical center in the United Kingdom. I strongly encourage others to share their experiences to force some accountability from the surgery or NHS.
