Feedback across this file reveals a practice significantly challenged by appointment access and communication systems, with persistent difficulties in telephone booking and reception responsiveness creating barriers to care. Patients consistently report long waiting times on hold, restricted same-day-only booking policies, and phone lines that frequently disconnect or remain unreachable, making it difficult to schedule consultations.
Reception experience varies considerably, with some patients describing discourteous or dismissive staff interactions, whilst others praise welcoming and professional service. In contrast, clinical care receives more positive recognition, with patients frequently commending nursing staff for compassionate support, doctors for attentive medical practice, and prescription services for efficiency. The gap between access challenges and care quality suggests that organisational and management issues around booking systems and staffing represent the primary service concerns, whilst direct clinical interactions often meet patient expectations.

Excellent!
Fantastic care at limes medical centre today
I received outstanding care from the staff at Limes today, particularly the Reception team, nurse, Claire, and Dr Moolman. Their approach was remarkably professional while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and cannot speak highly enough of their support. Sincere thanks to everyone involved!

Excellent!
Quick service with a friendly touch
Standing in line for nearly a quarter of an hour, which wasn't too lengthy all things considered, but once I reached the front, the receptionist was delightful, warm, professional, and polite.

Terrible medical care that fails patients completely
This medical practice merits zero recognition, just like other similar facilities. The Waltham Abbey and Epping locations are indistinguishable in their poor quality. Completely ineffective. The reception team displays appalling manners. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare, and even when you do, you're informed no appointments are available. They've now implemented a policy where you can only secure a same-day appointment, eliminating any advance booking. The physicians are incompetent and seemingly eager to dismiss patients quickly. I find myself having to educate them about medication protocols! The practice's standards dramatically declined following the departure of the excellent Dr. Bridges. If you're seeking a new healthcare provider, steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

Bad!
Worst medical practice ever shocking patient care
This GP surgery is so terrible that a zero-star rating would be more appropriate. Getting through to a receptionist on the phone is a nightmare, often taking over half an hour. The patient treatment and medical advice are shockingly poor, and securing a face-to-face appointment seems virtually impossible. I've been denied in-person consultations multiple times over the past year. The level of service is absolutely unacceptable, with the practice seemingly more interested in avoiding patient care than actually helping people who are sick. It's as if they would prefer patients to suffer or potentially die rather than provide proper medical attention.

Endless calls lead to zero customer service help
I've made countless attempts—around 150 calls—to reach out about Covid, navigating through the automated menu by pressing 1 for reception, only to hear a male voice stating they're occupied and requesting a callback. This occurs consistently, regardless of the time of day. I'm certain the staff are making an effort, but the experience remains incredibly exasperating.

Bad!
Worst medical service ever terrible customer experience
I'd rate this with zero stars if possible, as this medical practice is completely clueless about customer service. Every single time I call, I'm stuck waiting at least 20 minutes just to reach a receptionist, only to be told repeatedly to call back later.

Dangerous healthcare delays put my sons life at risk
These medical professionals are utterly incompetent! They declined to renew my asthmatic son's inhaler prescription without a consultation, yet claimed no appointments were available for three entire weeks. When they finally agreed to a phone consultation, it was completely useless - how can they assess his respiratory condition without physically listening to his chest? Eventually, they authorized the prescription. However, twice I visited the pharmacy only to discover they had no prescription record. I'm grateful my son's asthma attacks remained minor during this chaotic period - otherwise, I might have needed to rush him to the emergency room just to obtain a £16 inhaler! This healthcare service is absolutely deplorable!

Frustrating experience with terrible customer service
Abandoned attempts with Limes due to their diabetic service review. Struggling to secure a blood test form, I've been attempting to call like many others, but consistently encountering only automated messages saying "Operators are unavailable, please retry later." This has been ongoing for three weeks now, so I'm throwing in the towel. The flu jab situation is even more frustrating, and I've ultimately opted to book with Boots instead. Limes, your customer service is incredibly disappointing.

Excellent!
Efficient and friendly medical service at its best
Called this morning, consulted with a physician and secured an appointment later the same day. I've discovered the medical professionals and personnel to be incredibly supportive and polite, and I've encountered absolutely no issues with this healthcare facility.

Bad!
Terrible service that needs serious customer care improvement
This medical practice consistently demonstrates poor customer service with its discourteous front desk personnel and employees. The situation remains unaltered despite the passage of time. Securing an appointment is extremely challenging. The waiting period on hold is ridiculously long. They typically attempt to contact patients from a concealed phone number, which my device automatically blocks for safety purposes. On the rare occasion you actually connect with someone, the staff member is invariably curt and appears perpetually hurried. They need to significantly improve their approach.
