Forced to return, I sacrificed additional time and endured another painful blood extraction, only to encounter the exact same frustrating outcome. How many times must I be subjected to invasive needle punctures before they can successfully transport a single blood sample to the laboratory? I am deeply troubled by the apparent mishandling of my specimens, which represents a fundamental failure in patient care and raises alarming questions about their clinical protocols.

Rather than conducting a thorough investigation into your health concerns, the practitioners seem to rely on standard responses and quickly prescribe medication that appears to mask symptoms rather than addressing the underlying medical issue.

The Loxoford Practice is just absolutely the worst clinic ever. They don't keep the appointments and if the doctor is not in they don't think to notify the patients. The least the GP can do is send a text or give a call to the patient to notify of any change right after they open. I waited an hour and was told the doctor did not come in so they changed to a different doctor for a different time with out asking me. Very irresponsible.

The Loxford Practice is just absolutely horrible. They don't keep the appointments and cancel them as they wish to. They don't notify the patient when their doctor is not in, and change appointment time to whatever is convenient for them. They are just full of garbage to put it in a nice way. If the doctor is not going to be in, the least the GP can do is send a text or give a call but they failed to do so for whatever reason that maybe. But definitely not professional.

Worst medical practice ever disappointing service
I'm utterly baffled how this establishment remains in business. I requested an appointment and was informed the next available slot was the following Thursday at 10:30. On the day of the appointment, at 10:05 while en route, I received a text cancelling my scheduled time. I had already taken a day off work, only to be told to call back and reschedule myself. I've been stuck on hold for over an hour, languishing at position number 11 in the queue. When I requested a callback, I briefly reached position 9 before mysteriously being bumped back to 11. Their approach is incredibly unprofessional, giving the impression they arbitrarily choose which calls to handle. Now I'm forced to waste most of my day trying to reconnect with them. If they chose to cancel, the responsibility should have been on them to proactively reschedule, not leave me chasing after a new appointment.

Terrible service and terrible communication at clinic
I had an absolutely terrible experience. I was scheduled for a blood test on 23.07 at 2:30 pm, but upon arrival, no one was aware of my appointment. At the downstairs reception, they claimed ignorance about my booking and directed me to the second floor, where the same confusion persisted. How can this be possible? I originally booked this appointment at the front desk, but the receptionist was completely incompetent. She clearly failed to properly book my appointment. I wasted my entire time and endured significant stress. This isn't even the first occurrence of such a situation. Two weeks ago, a similar incident happened when Policlinik called to cancel my blood test appointment. It seems virtually impossible to successfully schedule with these doctors. I'm consistently left feeling stressed and frustrated. THE WORST GP EVER ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM‼️ Promised a referral back in January 2025, I've endured six months of complete radio silence, only to be informed the referral was just sent now. Half a year of crushed hopes, deteriorating health, and mounting mental distress ALL BECAUSE THEY CAN'T PERFORM THE MOST BASIC PROFESSIONAL DUTY Attempting to reach them is an absolute farce. I've wasted hours on hold with zero response, and on the rare occasion someone answers, I'm greeted by background chatter before being abruptly disconnected. Their online portal is perpetually "down", and in-person visits reveal staff who are shockingly indifferent and hostile towards patients. I've never experienced such profound abandonment, dismissal, and disrespect. They've systematically undermined my health, ignored my urgent medical needs, and left me to struggle alone. If you have even the slightest concern for your personal wellbeing, AVOID THIS GP AT ALL COSTS
