The reception staff are completely absurd; just step inside and you'll witness constant disputes with customers! Their online form asks you to 'detail your symptoms', yet the instant you provide a comprehensive description, they claim 'sorry, too many issues for an appointment'! The phone waiting system is equally frustrating. While some physicians are excellent, others merely search Google in your presence and dismissively suggest 'put on some Vicks and you'll be fine'!

My daughter is seriously ill, and I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for more than half a year. When I spoke to the receptionist, they told me I must book through Dr. IQ.

This general practice clinic is absolutely terrible They consistently refuse to schedule appointments, forcing endless waiting, and when they claim a slot is reserved, they fail to send proper confirmation. When they finally do send a notification a day prior, the details are entirely incorrect. The Asian staff members seem more interested in socializing among themselves instead of performing their duties, while the Eastern European employees engage in roundabout conversations with their unconvincing English, feigning assistance while essentially collecting taxpayer funds to sit idly and occupy space

One of the most terrible general practitioners in East London. The reception staff are completely clueless. Doctors literally search Google for medication advice. You'll definitely experience ridiculously long waiting times if you visit. Essentially, it's total garbage.
