Worst physio experience ever disappointing healthcare
Mr. Bilal, the physiotherapist at this clinic, demonstrates an appalling lack of professional responsiveness! I scheduled an appointment in March and was advised to get a hospital referral, but after two months, absolutely no progress was made. Upon reaching out to the clinic, I discovered the referral letter was never even dispatched. Now I'm forced to book another consultation with a different physiotherapist in a month's time!! The NHS waiting list seems almost irrelevant compared to the clinic's complete unreliability. It appears they're content to delay non-critical cases indefinitely. The key lesson here is that patients must persistently follow up and be proactive, regardless of how challenging or time-intensive it might be to continuously contact the clinic and ensure proper medical communication.

Whenever I attempt to schedule an appointment, they consistently claim no availability for the next day. When I call again, I receive the same dismissive response. Today, a staff member named Madlena even went as far as telling my wife to seek care elsewhere and suggested we consider leaving the practice entirely. When I needed a medical note through the Evergreen App and received an incorrect document, I contacted the surgery. The wait time was incredibly frustrating - I was caller number 11, but it took over two hours just to reach caller number three. Just as I finally got close to being served, the phone line abruptly disconnected on their end. Fortunately, I visited the surgery in person, where Rachel assisted me. Her approach was exceptional - she listened carefully to my entire situation and promptly resolved the issue with remarkable efficiency. I sincerely hope all staff members could emulate Rachel's compassionate and patient-focused attitude. She genuinely understands and addresses patients' needs with remarkable dedication. The NHS and The Loxford Practice should be incredibly proud to have such an outstanding representative like Rachel.

This is my worst experience with a GM since I moved 4 years ago to East London. Reception is the worst, and referral is out of this world, this is supposed to be a prison and not a GP Practice. What's the point of waiting 2 hours on the phone to speak to someone to tell you, you need to call another number tomorrow. And then wait for 6 months to get an email that you finally get referred to a hospital with another 4 months appointment.

Frustrating hospital experience with poor navigation
Most restroom facilities were unavailable. Additionally, several elevators were non-functional, with lift control buttons failing to respond. The main reception area is consistently chaotic. There's no dedicated check-in for cardio, adult eye clinic, or dermatology services. Patients consistently appear confused, not realizing they should simply sit and wait instead of attempting to check in. Having frequented the children's eye clinic, I've observed numerous individuals becoming anxious, unsure of their location or status, and waiting extensively only to be informed they cannot be seen. This facility desperately requires a proper reception system. The children's eye team is exceptional. Reception staff are warm and welcoming, and all professionals who examined my children were compassionate and remarkably skilled with pediatric patients.

This GP practice is utterly abysmal and a total disaster. From the start, I explicitly detailed my critical health concerns during registration – anemia, persistent leg discomfort, and debilitating headaches. Yet they displayed zero concern. They've consistently refused to provide any meaningful consultation for these issues. Whenever we contact them, the incompetent physicians simply redirect us to A&E, even for something as straightforward as a medical certificate! Meanwhile, A&E continuously sends us back to the GP. It's an infuriating and pointless loop with absolutely no assistance. The administrative staff are discourteous, dismissive, and woefully unprepared. I've wasted three entire days attempting to connect, enduring endless wait times, only to be met with indifferent attitudes and abrupt disconnections. There's no empathy, no professionalism, no hint of basic human respect. This facility is an absolute horror. They're callously gambling with patients' well-being and lives. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this GP practice — it represents the most appalling healthcare experience imaginable.
