Terrible medical practice with zero available appointments

ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE IMAGINABLE!!! These are the most incompetent doctors I've encountered who perpetually lack available appointment slots. Every time I call early in the morning, I'm met with the dismissive response that they're booked solid for weeks ahead. This medical practice is utterly useless. I'm completely baffled how such a dysfunctional healthcare provider continues to operate.

I'd give zero stars if possible. The blonde-haired receptionist with highlights to her shoulders was incredibly discourteous today, displaying a dismissive attitude by repeatedly rolling her eyes at me. She clearly requires immediate professional development in customer service skills and absolutely needs to undergo comprehensive training.

I've had just one opportunity to step into this business for an appointment. All subsequent interactions have fallen short of expectations. It's mind-boggling how I'm forced to endure a 30-minute wait while you claim your lines aren't swamped. Just yesterday, I was instructed to ring back today at 8. Now, it appears no one is interested in answering. I've been hanging on the line for 20 minutes since the designated time. Get your act together.

Terrible service puts patient health at risk

I'm absolutely appalled by the service. This morning at 8:30, I called after being diagnosed with an ear infection by my audiologist yesterday, urgently needing antibiotics. The receptionist coldly informed me that no appointments were available today and I should try again tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable and shocking treatment for someone with a pressing medical need.

Terrible service leaves elderly patient without care

I am utterly appalled by the complete lack of compassion shown towards my elderly mother, who is suffering from debilitating hip and lower back pain. When I requested a home visit, the receptionist coldly and abruptly refused, offering zero empathy or assistance. They didn't even suggest speaking with a duty doctor or exploring alternative options. This practice used to be exceptional, and I once held it in such high regard that I wished I could be registered there myself. Now, my opinion has dramatically changed. Their current level of service is entirely unacceptable. Completely and absolutely useless. I am reluctantly giving one star only because the review system requires a minimum rating, but they truly deserve no stars at all.

Terrible service and zero medical support

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Absolutely dreadful medical practice. Fourteen months ago, I sought help for leg circulation problems at this clinic. They guaranteed a referral which never materialized. Upon contacting them, they scheduled another appointment. Following the second consultation, I was assured a referral would be processed - again, nothing happened. I reached out once more, and they booked a third appointment where I received another empty promise of a referral. Now, they want me to come in for a FOURTH consultation regarding the identical issue!! When I highlighted my disability and inability to continually attend appointments with unfulfilled promises, they became defensive. They accused me of being loud and unreasonable, then abruptly terminated the conversation. Upon mentioning I was recording the call to demonstrate my reasonable behavior, they flatly refused to continue speaking. Absolutely appalling. I intend to forward the recorded conversation to the local health authority and demand they investigate my legitimate concerns. The most incompetent medical practice I've ever encountered. If you're considering this clinic, steer clear of Morag Dugas!!

The medical care itself is excellent when I can actually see a professional. However, scheduling an appointment is incredibly frustrating. I've spent three consecutive days attempting to contact the practice by phone, with zero success. Although the website suggests online booking is possible, both the MyGP and Patient Access apps fail to provide this functionality. The situation has become absurd. While some might attribute these issues to the pandemic, that excuse no longer holds water as other services have resumed normal operations. **Update - The practice's website claims appointments can be booked via phone, Patient Access website, or in-person. Yet, phone calls go unanswered. Contradictorily, the website now states online booking is not permitted. Upon visiting the practice, I discovered that appointments can only be made on the same day, and availability is extremely limited. It appears a formal complaint is imminent....
