I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against choosing this Medical Center, if alternatives exist. Their operational approach is utterly disorganized. I underwent a blood test and subsequently began receiving alarming phone messages and voicemails claiming "urgent communication needed regarding your test". These communications were far from reassuring. Attempting to contact them proved futile, with no one responding on any extension. After numerous attempts, I finally reached someone who promised a nurse would call. Days later, the nurse contacted me, stating there was no serious concern, only a need to repeat the blood test. I scheduled a new appointment, but two days prior, those mysterious "urgent call" messages resumed, with no one answering the phone. It's absolutely absurd that this chaotic experience represents a legitimate public medical service.
