TERRIBLE DECLINE & TREATMENT

At 65 & severe osteoporosis breaking my foot yet again and twisting my ankle in a bad fall outside while working I asked for a fit note. I was given an appointment which was cancelled then another which was changed to a telephone appointment with a visiting GP. He said they decided I could work so refused the note. I explained I could not walk to take my sold items to post or get around to work with the 'boot' on my broken foot & back pain (I also broke my coccyx. I also have spinal issues which were exacerbated in the fall.I was refused the note and physiotherapy arranged. My new GP sent me to A & E for the issues & I was told my spine disease had deteriorated with more damage.My new GP examined me & said 'clearly you can't work in this state' My care is now excellent & I am so happy I left this terrible GP.
