Worst medical practice ever terrible service

I'd rate them absolute zero if possible. The medical practice's operations are completely inadequate. It took over four months just to rectify medical notes, emergency MRI results dragged on for seven weeks, they neglected urgent care referrals, and consistently missed phone consultations. Attempting to contact them by phone is nearly impossible, and when you finally do connect, you're met with dishonest responses like being told you're "next in line" for a callback that never materializes, or being informed appointments are fully booked. From October, they've shifted to an online-only system, which only compounds the existing difficulties in accessing healthcare. This practice has dramatically deteriorated in every conceivable way.

Terrible doctor destroyed my trust in healthcare

If I could assign this medical practice the lowest possible rating, I absolutely would. The physician I consulted recently completely disregarded me, treating me like just another generic patient instead of a unique individual. I suspect I have complex health complications, and I've reached such a low point that I'm indifferent about my own survival. My trust in medical professionals has plummeted; they consistently project an attitude of absolute knowledge while remaining oblivious to patients' emotional experiences. Despite explicitly explaining that most medications trigger adverse reactions for me, the doctor proceeded to prescribe something that predictably made me ill. This practice, which once epitomized compassionate healthcare, seems to have dramatically deteriorated since the pandemic - in my view, medical facilities have universally declined in quality. I have another consultation scheduled for Tuesday, and I'm desperately hoping for a more empathetic approach. If the treatment remains dismissive, I'm prepared to permanently sever my relationship with this medical practice.

Rude staff ruined my entire customer service experience

I attempted to schedule an appointment, but encountered network issues. When I sought clarification, the lady repeatedly yelled at me. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, as she has no right to shout at customers. If someone is having difficulty understanding something, they should be able to ask for explanation multiple times without being treated rudely.

Terrible service from unprofessional and unhelpful medical staff

Spent an entire day anticipating a phone consultation that ultimately never materialized. They prominently display an Armed Forces Veteran Friendly Accredited GP Practice badge on their website. It's baffling how they could have earned such a designation, as their behavior is completely contradictory. I've just had the misfortune of speaking with the most discourteous individual imaginable. Update. Once again, the practice has failed me completely. Encountered another staff member who epitomizes rudeness. If the reception team finds patient interactions so distasteful, one must wonder why they chose to work in healthcare.

Terrible experience with dismissive doctor except malcolm

The staff at the front desk were courteous. Unfortunately, the physician was dismissive, constantly interrupting me and raising their voice during our interaction. It felt like they had zero empathy and were solely focused on their financial compensation. In contrast, my consultation with Dr. Malcolm today was a complete turnaround. He genuinely listened to my concerns and provided meaningful assistance. I'm concerned that he might be the sole medical professional in this practice whom I can truly trust.

Terrible medical care destroying my child's health

Over the past three years since my child was one, this medical practice has been a constant source of frustration. My daughter has consistently experienced medical negligence. Referrals have gone missing, causing months of unnecessary waiting. Medical samples submitted to the GP have vanished annually, with notification typically coming late on Thursday afternoons - the final day for laboratory submissions. Throughout these three years, I've been fortunate to secure just two or three appointments, each featuring minimal medical assessment. The prescribed medications have been more like random guesses than targeted treatments, invariably resulting in urgent care visits after their supposed "help". The receptionists are incredibly unhelpful, routinely redirecting us to the pharmacy for prescriptions without any proper medical evaluation. Now that my child is four, she's experiencing hearing loss due to recurring ear infections, and we still cannot secure a comprehensive GP appointment. I'm seriously considering escalating this complaint to higher authorities.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Total mockery of a medical practice. STEER CLEAR!!! Nearly impossible to secure a consultation. You're condemned to waiting on hold for half an hour to forty-five minutes just to be informed no slots are available. They've eliminated the option of morning calls for morning appointments and afternoon calls for afternoon appointments. The staff appears completely indifferent to patients' struggles to book time, making this an absolutely dreadful healthcare provider. I'm deeply regretting my decision to switch from my previous medical practice 😠

Endured almost a week of waiting for an e-consultation, only to receive a text with a link to an irrelevant website that had nothing to do with my initial inquiry. After an unpleasant interaction with a condescending receptionist, I was informed that I would not be receiving the e-consultation. This establishment is completely incompetent and should be closed down for its utter failure to provide basic service.
