Whenever she identifies herself, her calls are met with hostile attitudes. Just today, a Dr. Anita demonstrated unprofessional behavior. My friend is now experiencing significant emotional distress, feeling depressed and humiliated due to a worsening rash that continues to cause intense itching. You are healthcare professionals meant to provide compassionate support. Have the staff completely disregarded the fundamental principles of a caring profession? It's abundantly clear they have failed. Disgraceful conduct by this surgery.

Despite my earlier notification about potential delays, they adopted an unnecessarily stern attitude, speaking to me as if I were a misbehaving child.
