Used to be an excellent medical practice. Most general practitioners are competent. The two long-standing receptionists are courteous and welcoming. However, some of the newer reception staff appear disinterested, display poor attitudes, and have been known to abruptly terminate phone calls mid-conversation. This has unfortunately diminished what was previously a top-quality service.
