I showed up precisely when I was scheduled, only to be informed at the front desk that there had been a scheduling error and no physician was accessible. They claimed they were about to contact me about the cancellation. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a taxpayer who rarely utilizes the NHS medical system, I find this treatment frustrating and unprofessional.

DISRESPECTFUL, MEDICAL MISCONDUCT & DISMISSIVE TREATMENT. During a call with a healthcare professional who persistently talked over me, and when I pointed out the inappropriateness of his interruptions, he abruptly terminated the call, consequently preventing me from accessing the necessary medical consultation with my doctor.
