I've been a patient at this medical center for over two decades. My experience has been predominantly favorable. The majority of the staff are exceptional, with Jane at the front desk standing out as particularly outstanding—she truly goes the extra mile and deserves recognition! The only frustration I encounter is with their blood testing process, which seems unnecessarily complicated nowadays. Unfortunately, the connected pharmacy is a complete disappointment, falling far short of acceptable standards.

This medical professional is deeply concerning! I underwent a lung examination on my chest today, and I was puzzled by their approach. I've always believed doctors listen to lungs from the back? Then they had the audacity to claim I don't have a chest infection, attributing it to smoking-related issues... which is absurd because I don't smoke at all. The entire consultation lasted barely two minutes. Truthfully, this has been absolutely the most disappointing and frustrating encounter I've ever experienced with the NHS healthcare system.
