Worst surgery ever terrible service and unprofessional staff

This surgery is hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST medical practice I have ever encountered. I genuinely wish a zero-star rating existed because they absolutely do not merit any recognition. They consistently make egregious errors and instead of accepting constructive criticism to enhance their services, they resort to intimidation by threatening to remove patients from their practice if anyone dares to complain. Their diabetes nursing staff represent the pinnacle of unprofessionalism within the NHS - completely devoid of empathy and utterly unfit for healthcare work. Throughout my two decades of using GP services, I have never experienced such abysmal treatment. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to them - securing appointments is nearly impossible, and they arbitrarily cancel prescriptions without justification, leaving patients without critical medications. Accessing staff is like navigating an impossible maze. Whoever leads this practice as manager should be immediately terminated. Their numerous negative reviews are entirely justified. This is an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT of a healthcare institution.

Absolutely dreadful service! Throughout my pregnancy, I felt completely abandoned, despite my hospital attempting communication with the surgery. When my hospital emphasized the critical nature of GP consultations during weeks 32, 34, and 38 - highlighting special funding for such cases - the practice flatly denied me appointments. To make matters worse, the receptionist mockingly chuckled during our phone conversation. Seriously?! Compared to my previous GP practice in another region, where obtaining medical support was seamless, this surgery has been a nightmare. Every time I seek medical guidance, I'm left feeling anxious and powerless.

My strong recommendation is to avoid this medical practice entirely.

Dealing with a foot infection as a diabetic patient was challenging. After consulting my doctor on February 20th following the initial issue on the 18th, I had blood tests on the 23rd. Unfortunately, both subsequent follow-up appointments were abruptly canceled. With no further medical guidance, I was left to manage the worsening condition, and after a week, the infection beneath my skin required self-treatment. I only received antibiotics for the initial week, leaving me concerned and frustrated with the lack of continuous medical support.
