Terrible service from unprofessional medical practice

Unbelievable.....two things that deeply frustrate me are dishonesty and individuals who lack accountability and refuse to be rational... The Practice manager claimed I was aggressive, confrontational, and wouldn't vacate the premises..... absolute nonsense.... they haven't even attempted to reach out and discuss the incident... They simply struck me from their patient roster... Whatever you do, never file a complaint with the surgery.....instead, go straight to NHS complaints....

Rude receptionist ruins healthcare experience for patient

The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and appeared to be completely disinterested in her work. I phoned early in the morning at 8:15am to seek assistance with correcting my name on a document. Every inquiry I made was met with her dismissive response of "please do it online, we can't help you with this or that." Her demeanor was visibly irritated. Honestly, if someone is so dissatisfied with their job, they should consider finding alternative employment rather than treating patients rudely in a public service setting. I will definitely not recommend this medical practice.

Checked in around 5:20-5:25 PM, and was immediately informed the doctor was delayed by 35 minutes - yes, a full 35 minutes. When I attempted to leave due to the long wait, staff wouldn't remove me from the queue, insisting I'd lose my appointment slot. Their customer service approach shows absolutely no adaptability or consideration. The lack of professional communication is frustrating, and it seems like there's always some kind of issue with this place.

Recently, I experienced a frustrating situation with this e-clinic during two separate medical needs. First, I was dealing with UTIs and urgently required antibiotics. I submitted a consultation request on their website, but they were unresponsive for days. After waiting until Friday with no reply, I had to call the clinic directly to emphasize my need for a GP prescription before a long holiday period. Only then did they arrange a doctor's call. This week, a similar issue occurred when my child developed a swollen and itchy eye. Again, I left a message but received no response for over two days. When I called the clinic, they simply stated that appointments were full and suggested calling back the next day. This is completely unacceptable! Shouldn't they understand the urgency of medical situations and at least provide a timely response or schedule the earliest possible appointment? Their messaging system seems entirely pointless if patients are left waiting without any communication. What is the purpose of asking patients to leave messages if there's no follow-up or consideration of their medical needs? This lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning and potentially harmful.

Heartless receptionist crushed my hopes and dignity

What's going on with the reception staff? Let me explain my experience where I tried to communicate about my neck issue, but the receptionist cut me off mid-sentence and repeatedly insisted I shouldn't be there and needed to call instead. She kept emphasizing something was posted outside (ironically, while not wearing a mask herself despite signage). I was immediately overwhelmed and started crying, and no staff member intervened or showed any compassion. Furthermore, she abruptly declared there was no availability today and dismissed me without even asking if I had an appointment, speaking in an extremely harsh manner. While I understand the protocol of calling ahead, the complete lack of empathy is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. She made no attempt to understand my situation or potential distress. If someone were struggling with mental health challenges, this interaction could have triggered severe anxiety, compounding the physical discomfort they were already experiencing. The total absence of human understanding was deeply troubling.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical practice

This general practitioner is absolutely terrible! I was forced to switch doctors because during an A&E visit with her father, he provided his address at registration. Additionally, the staff there are incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. They showed zero empathy towards my work situation at a care home, where I'm responsible for serving breakfast to patients at 8am, and they callously offered me an appointment two weeks in the future! Their entire practice is completely ridiculous.

Terrible service led me to emergency room

I've never encountered such a terrible experience. The receptionist seemed like she was serving a punishment by working there. I was suffering from severe chest pain and arrived before 8 AM, but she ruthlessly turned me away simply because I lacked an appointment. She instructed me to leave and make a phone call, where I found myself 20th in line. Ultimately, my condition deteriorated to the point where I required hospitalization.
