Terrible service and impossible to get appointments

Steer clear of this medical practice - scheduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare. Whether it's for myself or my child, you're looking at a two-week lead time, and trying to get through on the phone when they first open is like entering a frustrating battle. You'll inevitably end up stuck on an absurd waiting list, only to be informed they can't accommodate you. The front desk staff are completely useless and unhelpful. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere.

Painful procedure with poor hygiene and incomplete care

Feeding First was an absolute disaster. Their lack of proper sterilization led to a serious tongue infection for my son, forcing him to begin antibiotic treatment. Moreover, their incomplete tongue tie procedure was ineffective, resulting in a recurrence that necessitated additional medical intervention just a fortnight later. I strongly advise seeking out a lactation consultant specialist for this delicate procedure.

When I was in a critically poor condition, she personally visited my residence and ardently advocated for my admission at St. Helier hospital. Following a three-week hospital stay, I continue to receive her compassionate ongoing care. She consistently prioritizes my needs and demonstrates a sincere commitment to my health and recovery. Mediocre service with helpful doctors despite challenges

Typically experience delays, which seems common among general practices. Similar to others' experiences, the front desk personnel lack friendliness, and their telephone manner is rather cold. Securing a consultation proves challenging - I called precisely at 8am and found myself 13th in line! Thankfully, the doctors themselves are supportive, so it's not entirely negative. I'd consider switching practices, but since I'm relocating soon, I'll just ride it out until then...

Amazing doctors and nurses who truly care

I've been a patient at this medical practice for many years, dating back to their relocation from Robin Hood lane. My husband is also a patient here, and we both truly appreciate the doctors who are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Grice has been our physician for an extended period, and we wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. We highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking medical care, as you'll be in exceptional hands. For my ongoing asthma and diabetes management, I regularly consult with the nurses, who are consistently compassionate, tender, and welcoming - as are all the staff members. The receptionists are wonderfully accommodating and will go to great lengths to assist you. Every single person at this surgery is committed to providing the best possible support.
