I have been a loyal patient at this practice for over a decade since relocating to the area. The service has consistently been of a high standard for both myself and my family member. After requesting an appointment for two separate health concerns that required prompt attention, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly both appointments were arranged and how efficiently both matters were resolved. The first issue was addressed through a clinic visit scheduled within a week, whilst the second concern, which was particularly significant to me, resulted in a same-day consultation with my GP. I was especially appreciative of the thorough and clear way the clinician explained their proposed approach to my care, as well as the compassionate and reassuring manner in which they conducted the appointment and addressed my concerns about any subsequent treatment options. I would strongly encourage others to use this practice and commend the entire team for their consistently kind and attentive approach to patient care.

The appointments have been straightforward to arrange and among the quickest I have experienced anywhere. The clinical staff were particularly helpful in scheduling my son's appointment at a time that worked around his school commitments so he wouldn't need to take time off. Most recently, I needed travel health preparations for my family with limited notice - approximately five weeks to arrange everything for four people. The surgery exceeded my expectations. They managed to coordinate phone consultations for all of us at a convenient time, and then arranged our in-person appointments simultaneously. During the visits, the level of organisation was impressive, with the entire process completed efficiently in around twenty minutes for everyone. I was not only satisfied with the standard of care provided, but also genuinely appreciative of how smoothly everything was managed and how quickly it was all completed.
