The employees here are absolutely terrible.

Negligent care and unprofessional medical treatment

Visited Mrs. Machin after potential drugging. She dismissed my concerns as overthinking and prescribed antidepressants, ignoring my symptoms of headaches, confusion, and visible puncture mark. When I mentioned a doctor from JPH persistently asking me out, and how he had previously contacted my father for my number during my cancer diagnosis despite my objections, she laughed and refused to take it seriously. She eventually apologized for missing my cancer diagnosis months after I initially presented with lower back pain. I'll grudgingly acknowledge that. When I later shared my illness details, they claimed no computer record existed but casually offered three morphine bottles. I used to trust Park Surgery and JPH. Additionally, the JPH doctor wrongly told my dad he had lung cancer, then retracted the statement months into treatment, later noting he actually had COPD. From 2016 to 2022, neither JPH nor Park Surgery provided any meaningful assistance.

The process of scheduling involves enduring a 35-minute phone wait, only to be informed that face-to-face appointments are completely unavailable for the week. Regardless of your medical concern, they insist on telephone consultations, even for issues that clearly require in-person examination. It seems unreasonable to expect physicians to provide accurate diagnoses via phone for potentially serious conditions that genuinely need a physical assessment. Their approach to patient care appears fundamentally flawed and potentially risks patient health by limiting direct medical interactions.

I felt somewhat anxious arriving with my 8-week-old for our medical assessments and initial vaccinations, but Dr Livesey was exceptionally gentle during my son's examination and helped calm my nerves. Despite typically feeling uneasy around male physicians, I felt completely secure, heard, and valued during my own consultation. It was truly refreshing to leave an appointment without feeling emotionally overwhelmed. The nurse administering his vaccinations was equally wonderful, efficiently scheduling our next visit and thoroughly explaining each step of the process.
