Terrible medical practice that fails its patients

Utterly appalling. The personnel are discourteous. This practice has completely transformed, and not for the better. I've been a long-time patient here since childhood (over two decades), but now I'm compelled to seek care elsewhere. Every single attempt to schedule an appointment resulted in being left on hold for more than 40 minutes. On three separate occasions, I've been forced to contact emergency services (111) because the physicians refused to examine my sick children. Invariably, 111 would secure an appointment, only for the doctor to declare no treatment possible, ultimately leading to an emergency room visit that same night. The level of service is absolutely disgraceful.

The staff consistently demonstrates politeness and warmth. Every physician I've consulted has been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling appointments has never been overly complicated (though there are occasional 45-minute wait times for initial bookings, which seems standard across healthcare providers). They're remarkably efficient at coordinating follow-up steps and subsequent appointments to address discussed concerns. The reception team also deserves significant praise for managing challenging situations with remarkable professionalism. Frankly, I'm perplexed by the negative reviews some individuals have shared about this NHS service. Personally, I feel immensely appreciative of the outstanding care and support they provide!

They're particularly insensitive towards patients dealing with mental health challenges. Dr. Gardner is the sole competent physician in this practice. The remaining general practitioners are absolutely ineffective and display an appalling attitude when interacting with patients.

This medical practice is absolutely absurd!!! They completely disregard medical guidelines and professional standards... One doctor stands out as truly exceptional... Dr Gardner is amazing, while the others are far from impressive... The nursing staff are delightful too.... But the receptionists are utterly incompetent and incredibly discourteous!! Their communication is inconsistent, with each staff member providing conflicting information. It's impossible to book an appointment with a doctor of your choice, despite the GMC's recommendations. When attempting to schedule a consultation, they demand to know the reason, which is completely inappropriate. Why should I explain my personal medical concerns to an untrained receptionist? It's outrageous!!! Some of the physicians are condescending and treat patients with utter contempt, making patients feel belittled and unintelligent. The only doctor who demonstrates genuine professionalism and communicates respectfully is Dr Gardner.
