Impossible to book an appointment with these doctors

I'm extremely frustrated. Every single attempt to schedule an appointment with them results in being completely booked up! Even when I call immediately after they open! I rang at 9:15am seeking an appointment, and the earliest slot they could provide was 4:30pm TOMORROW!!! I am absolutely furious and will definitely be seeking medical care elsewhere!! I'm completely fed up with these doctors, and they seem oblivious to why patients like me rarely visit! FURTHERMORE - my friend called just an hour after me - and miraculously secured a same-day appointment!! So explain to me why - when I called earlier - their nearest available time is tomorrow afternoon, yet my friend calls later and gets an immediate slot!!?? I am beyond irritated and feel completely disrespected.
