Extremely disappointing experience at this practice. Booking an appointment proved very difficult, with lengthy phone waits frequently ending without speaking to anyone. The staff interactions were unpleasant, and once an appointment was secured, significant delays occurred before being seen. Overall, the service fell well short of expectations, prompting a decision to seek care elsewhere.

Staff listened and helped when given patience

It's unfortunate to see so many negative ratings on this platform given that my own visits to this practice have gone smoothly without issue. The experience you receive often depends on the attitude you bring. If you come with understanding, patience and recognition that the service has faced significant challenges over many years—circumstances beyond the control of current staff—you're likely to have a positive experience. Every member of the team I've encountered has demonstrated courtesy, attentiveness and a genuine willingness to assist. When seeking same-day appointments, it's beneficial to have your required extension number ready. Speaking up as soon as the receptionist answers and selecting the appropriate option promptly will help you secure a better position in the queue.

Long phone queue made appointment impossible

Called early in the morning regarding urgent health concerns and was informed of being first in the queue, however remained on hold for an extended period. After waiting significantly longer than anticipated, I had to disconnect the call. When attempting to contact the practice again later, I was advised of a much longer queue position. Given the circumstances, I chose not to wait again. Feeling quite unwell throughout this process.

Reception and dispensary staff were genuinely helpful

Have been attending this practice for over a year and the reception team, pharmacy staff, and clinical team have consistently been helpful throughout my time here.
