Prescription nightmare at this unresponsive medical practice

The repeat prescription procedure is absolutely frustrating. As a patient requiring ongoing medication, my initial experience was challenging - after submitting the online form, I encountered complete radio silence, had to make multiple follow-up calls, and ultimately needed to visit the clinic in person when my prescription expired. The current situation is even more problematic; despite submitting the form a week ago, I've received no updates and am again approaching a medication shortage. This inefficient process is causing unnecessary anxiety, and the practice manager urgently needs to review and improve their administrative systems. Having recently moved to this area, I'm comparing this experience unfavorably to my previous GP, who managed repeat prescriptions seamlessly. It's not a complex task, so why are they making it so unnecessarily difficult for patients?

Whenever I reach out via phone, I'm invariably greeted by a receptionist who appears disinterested, clearly unhappy in their role, and visibly reluctant to provide even basic assistance. At the initial point of interaction, one would anticipate a degree of understanding and compassion. Instead, it seems their primary goal is to terminate the call as quickly as possible and return to casual conversation with colleagues. Having been a patient at this medical practice for several years, I feel compelled to share my frustration with their customer service approach.

Compassionate nurse helps anxious patient through blood test

I accompanied my sister, who struggles with severe depression, to get her blood drawn today. Typically, her medical procedures are challenging due to her hard-to-access veins, and she was feeling particularly nervous. However, the phlebotomist named Petrina was incredibly skilled and compassionate. She successfully drew blood on the first attempt and was wonderfully supportive, helping to calm my sister's anxiety. My sincere appreciation goes to her.

Worst pharmacy experience ever

Placed an online order for my prescription on Monday, which showed as ready. Went to pick it up Wednesday, only to be told it would definitely be available by Friday. I specifically asked if they were certain, mentioning my upcoming holiday. They assured me yes. Come Friday, they apologize and explain they've mistakenly ordered an incorrect quantity, leaving me without my medication.

Worst medical service ever experienced in my life

The depths of poor service at the pump house surgery are truly remarkable. Misplaced and misdirected test results, coupled with discourteous staff who are rarely even visible, make getting medical attention nearly impossible. Your odds of securing a consultation with an actual physician are about as likely as performing a resurrection. Should you somehow manage to schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait an entire month for the privilege.

The physicians and personnel are EXCELLENT, but they're severely understaffed for a community that has experienced significant population growth over the past half-decade. The 8am appointment system is frustrating, with patients being redirected to nurses for substantial medical concerns, which is incredibly challenging. There appears to be no effective triage process, with critical health issues seemingly deprioritized in favor of less urgent consultations.

Heartbreaking failure of mental health support system

Visited the facility today seeking support for my mental health crisis, expressing suicidal thoughts, only to be dismissed with a "come back Thursday" response. Overwhelmed by hopelessness, I've destroyed my home and recklessly crashed my motorcycle on the return journey, feeling utterly abandoned. Their apparent lack of compassion is devastating. I strongly advise against seeking help from this heartless place. Now I'm nursing broken knuckles and experiencing intense physical and emotional pain.
