Exceptional care and compassion at range medical centre
I recently accompanied my mother to an appointment with Mrs Merry, and I cannot overstate how exceptional the care has been. We were afforded ample time to discuss her health concerns, and the guidance provided was incredibly comprehensive. Within just a few days, my Mum underwent a CT scan, had blood tests, received medication adjustments, and received a new diagnosis - all thanks to the outstanding team at the Range medical centre. Today we returned for a follow-up appointment, and the receptionist, who I believe is named Anne, was incredibly welcoming and warm. Anne secured us an early 8am slot with Dr Farrukh, who was equally impressive - thorough, attentive, and genuinely kind. Despite their evident busyness, we never felt hurried or overlooked. They truly represent a remarkable group of healthcare professionals. Our deepest gratitude to everyone for their compassionate care - it means the world to us!

Absolutely dreadful surgical experience. Their scheduling is incredibly frustrating - they compartmentalize appointments so rigidly that you're forced to book multiple sessions just to cover all your health concerns. Then, they arbitrarily cancel follow-up appointments, seemingly to avoid any comprehensive patient care. Steer clear of this medical practice and find a more professional healthcare provider!!!!!
