Patient Experience Summary

Feedback reveals significant challenges with appointment access and phone communication, with patients reporting difficulty reaching the practice by telephone and securing timely consultations. Reception experience emerges as a consistent concern, with multiple accounts of unprofessional and discourteous interactions at the front desk, alongside confidentiality issues. Medication processing delays and long waiting times are also noted as recurring problems affecting patient care.

In contrast, several patients report positive experiences with clinical care quality, describing doctors as compassionate, skilled, and thorough in their approach. The introduction of online booking through the practice app has been welcomed by some patients as a convenient alternative, with responsive communication via this channel. A small number of reviews highlight supportive and welcoming staff interactions, particularly during challenging circumstances.

While the practice demonstrates capability in delivering quality medical consultations and has made improvements through digital booking systems, operational challenges around appointment availability, phone accessibility, and reception professionalism continue to impact patient experience significantly. Some patients note that despite frustrations with booking and access, the clinical care itself remains a strength of the service.

Bad!

Terrible phone service at medical centre nightmare

Absolutely terrible phone communication. I attempted to contact them for three consecutive days, yet no one picked up. This public health medical facility provides the most abysmal service I've ever encountered. They desperately need to improve their responsiveness and customer care. The NHS must intervene and address these unacceptable communication failures!

Excellent!

Convenient healthcare at your fingertips anytime

Booking appointments has become incredibly convenient with their new mobile application, allowing easy online scheduling from the comfort of your home. For those less comfortable with technology, calling shortly before 8am still guarantees you'll secure a slot. I've consulted with several physicians here, and they've all been exceptionally welcoming and skilled at creating a comfortable atmosphere - which is particularly important when you're not feeling your best.

Excellent!

Quick and easy medical appointments every time

Getting a medical consultation has always been hassle-free for me. Simply call the clinic right around 8am on the same day you need to be seen, and chances are extremely high—about 90% of the time—that you'll secure an appointment without any difficulty.

Bad!

Terrible service and impossible to get appointments

The practice has been absorbing massive numbers of new patients without proportionally expanding their medical staff, primarily by merging with another clinic. As a result, securing an appointment has become nearly impossible. It seems the doctors are solely focused on increasing their patient load for financial gain, with patient care being a distant afterthought. Additionally, the receptionist lacks professionalism, disregarding patient-doctor confidentiality and displaying an inappropriate level of nosiness instead of concentrating on managing appointments effectively.
