Phlebotomist got it right first time

The phlebotomist was excellent. I typically find it difficult to provide blood samples, but they were successful on the first try. I needed several tubes collected for different tests, and throughout the process they regularly checked in to see how I was managing, and continued to do so once the collection was complete. A very caring professional.
