The phlebotomist was excellent! They completed the blood draw efficiently and smoothly. Would it be possible to see them again for future appointments? The practice also appears to have benefited from some recent improvements to its facilities.

Really bad doctors

Negligent. Won’t see patients even with appointments. Will leave u to die or ring your own ambulance and look the other way if you get into difficulties in the doctors. Docs don’t ring you for your appointments. Outsources business so you’ll have someone with no medical training box ticking at your health/asthma appointments. Won’t proscribe medication till you’ve seen a doctor but they won’t give you an appointment. Was told to go to A and E if I wanted tests and a diagnoses because that’s not what doctors do. Smh. Disgusting practice and staff
