It's truly disheartening, as the practice was exceptional during Dr Cowburn's tenure. I'm genuinely delighted with my decision to switch surgeries, as I had forgotten what genuine patient care and quality service truly meant until now.

What an utterly frustrating medical experience! After urgent blood tests at the Alex, I arrived in severe pain seeking pain relief medication. When I inquired at 12:59 about getting a prescription, I was dismissively told I must return for an emergency appointment. I requested a doctor's call since I was following doctor's orders to rest, but was met with obstruction. These receptionists are clearly overstepping their bounds, inappropriately determining the severity of medical situations they're not qualified to assess! Petty bureaucrats. Considering relocation to Inkberrow. Absolutely unacceptable.

These medical professionals are absolutely terrible. They've mistreated my mother so poorly that she's now terrified of returning. The front desk personnel desperately need to learn basic customer service and improve their atrocious attitude - they're incredibly discourteous.
