However, the nurse responsible for administering infant vaccinations lacks the necessary child-friendly approach. Typically, professionals working with young children aim to engage and interact warmly, but this individual clearly falls short of that standard. The receptionist I spoke with would benefit from communication skills training. Responding with a casual "yep" instead of a professional "how can I help you" is inappropriate for a medical setting. These are constructive observations that can be addressed, and I'm hopeful about providing an updated review if meaningful improvements are made.

The reception staff are also excellent, though I'm deducting one star because the staff tend to probe too deeply with personal inquiries, and the consultation area lacks sufficient privacy, even during phone conversations.

Terrible doctor surgery with zero patient care

Be extremely cautious, this medical practice is a complete disaster. Their protocols endanger patients' well-being. Every single consultation I've experienced with this clinic involved some form of problem. Booking an appointment was incredibly challenging, often escalating into confrontations with receptionists who displayed zero commitment to assistance and demonstrated an appalling attitude. Following my wife's childbirth, she encountered complications and was forced to wait two hours, ultimately being told she would not be seen that day and advised to visit a walk-in clinic, without even a hint of an apology. The final breaking point occurred during our relocation process. We had one critically important appointment remaining for our infant daughter at this practice. Upon arrival, our daughter was outright denied treatment. They had unilaterally removed her from their patient records and canceled the appointment with zero prior communication, flatly refusing to honor our scheduled visit. They are an absolute embarrassment who have potentially jeopardized my daughter's health. I emphatically advise anyone considering this practice to continue searching for a more competent alternative.
