Terrible care and disrespect from uncaring medical staff

Yet another dreadful encounter with so-called "doctor" Rasul. I filed a complaint, which only resulted in being offered an alternative GP consultation. The complaints officer Debra appears completely uninterested in addressing the issue properly. Dr Rasul absolutely needs to provide a substantial apology for her appalling conduct. I am thoroughly disgusted by the level of service. As a result of this terrible treatment towards myself and my child, I have now terminated my registration with this medical practice.

Worst receptionist ever ruins entire medical experience

The receptionist of Pakistani origin is hands-down the most incompetent front desk staff I've encountered in my entire life. While other staff members were pleasant, her presence alone would make me hesitate to recommend this GP. Her demeanor is appalling—she's uncaring, impatient, and completely unsuited for a customer-facing role. Having experienced her unprofessionalism multiple times, I'm basing this review on our most recent interaction. When I inquired about my blood test results after more than 10 days, she claimed they weren't ready and tried to dismiss me. Fortunately, another receptionist stepped in and actually helped me. It turned out my results were available, but she couldn't be bothered to simply enter my name and birthday to check. Her subsequent interrogation of "who told you?"—repeated four times in an aggressive tone—demonstrated her total lack of professional courtesy. She displayed zero etiquette or customer service skills. I'm too frustrated to elaborate further on the details of our encounter.

Worst healthcare experience ever absolute nightmare

Without a doubt, this stands as the most exceptional queue endurance test I've ever experienced. A staggering three-month wait transpired between my sick note request for university and its eventual arrival, which contained barely any substantive details. There exists absolutely no efficient method to rapidly communicate with a general practitioner. Today, I languished in a three-hour queue attempting to transfer medication to another pharmacy, only to have the phone abruptly and discourteous terminated without any explanation. My advice: seek alternative healthcare providers. This general practitioner has consistently delivered subpar service for twelve months. Completely untrustworthy.

Called the reception, and the staff member was incredibly discourteous and dismissive. I felt completely unheard and they displayed zero empathy or concern. Personnel serving as the initial patient interface desperately need improved training and enhanced interpersonal skills. Such a large healthcare organization should implement more robust protocols to prevent these interactions. The staff are absolutely unprofessional - they refused to provide medication, and the untrained personnel answering phones can't even accurately process basic prescription requests, consistently offering incorrect information. I strongly recommend everyone steer clear of this facility.

Unprofessional service from a disrespectful receptionist

The front desk staff was absolutely terrible. Despite not being associated with this medical practice, I received a letter that wasn't for me. When I phoned to explain that the addressee doesn't reside at my address, the receptionist's demeanor was incredibly unprofessional. She dismissively asked if I had a spare envelope to return the mail, and when I said no, she flippantly suggested I simply disregard it. Her attitude was shockingly disrespectful and offensive.

I hadn't visited a medical professional in two decades, and upon my first appointment, I was informed no treatment existed for my condition. However, through my own investigation, I discovered viable treatment options that were not offered. I'm promptly terminating my registration with this practice and will absolutely never return! Where have the compassionate, knowledgeable physicians gone? Follow-up: During a Boots consultation, I was presented with treatment within mere minutes. This directly contradicts the previous doctor's claim of "no available treatment" - which I already knew was completely absurd.

Prescription errors are commonplace, with medications frequently being overlooked. Absolutely dreadful medical practice. Attempting to schedule a routine blood test—which is required every quarter—becomes a frustrating ordeal. You're forced to first secure a doctor's appointment before even booking the blood work, then wait a week for results, and only then can you request your medication, hoping it arrives before your treatment date. I've been attempting to reach this infuriating medical practice for a solid half-hour. For 28 minutes, I've been stuck as the first caller in the queue. This situation is utterly ridiculous, and the front desk staff are clearly unfit to work in a healthcare setting. I intend to file formal complaints with the General Medical Council and the health service ombudsman. The staff demonstrate a shocking lack of compassion, particularly towards elderly patients and children, who should be their primary focus.
